Sanae Takaichi, 60, former Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications, who is running for the presidency of the Liberal Democratic Party, told me this. <h3>A Youth Bursting with Music and Love</h3>
When he was a child, his parents raised him strictly. Perhaps as a reaction to this, he says that he led a wild life during his school days.
