Russian President Vladimir Putin, 69, has become increasingly isolated in the international community after his invasion of Ukraine. There seems to be no one in the country with whom he can directly express his opinions, and despite criticism from around the world, he continues to run amok. Normally, it should be the family members closest to him who should be able to stop him. ……

‘We don’t get much information about relatives from Mr. Putin’s surroundings. He, himself, rarely talks about them. It is taboo to mention Putin’s family in Russia,” said a reporter from the international section of a national newspaper.

The mysterious “Putin family. Interviews with experts and media representatives familiar with the situation in Russia have revealed the true nature of the family, albeit in a dim way. The first is his former wife, Lyudmila, whom he is said to have married in July 1983.

The first is his ex-wife, Lyudmila, whom he is said to have married in July 1983. Due to Mr. Putin’s assignment at the Soviet intelligence agency “KGB” at the time, she lived in Dresden, East Germany, immediately after their marriage. They divorced in June 2001. He is said to be a devoted follower of the Russian Orthodox Church.

I don’t play with my grandchildren much.”

On March 8, the Daily Mail reported on the profiles of Putin’s two daughters with Lyudmila.

According to the Daily Mail, Maria, the eldest, was born in 1985. She graduated from Moscow State University’s Faculty of Medicine and is involved in children’s medical research. In Russia, it is reported that she is married to a Dutch businessman and lives in Moscow, but the truth is unknown.

When interviewed by the U.S. cable TV Showtime in May 2005, President Putin made a rare mention of his first daughter. He admitted that he had a grandchild and said, ‘Unfortunately, I haven’t played with her much'” (another national newspaper reporter).

The second daughter, Katerina, was born in 1986. She is a dancer and is often seen dancing at events. She has even competed in the world championships in “acrobatic rock ‘n’ roll.

She majored in oriental studies at St. Petersburg University and is well versed in Japanese culture. She is said to be divorced from a wealthy Russian family.

Katerina is said to visit Japan often. Her visit to Japan was reported in the June 19, 2002 issue of Shukan Bunshun. She came to Japan as the leader of a delegation to introduce dance competitions and instruct university students. In Odaiba, Tokyo, she reportedly enjoyed shopping.

Three female relatives surround Mr. Putin. However, we do not know the details of where they are currently working and what they are doing. Professor Itsuro Nakamura of Tsukuba University, who specializes in Russian politics, tells us.

Aside from the two daughters, there is a possibility that the former wife, Lyudmila, has been assassinated. After their divorce, she was interviewed by the German newspaper Welt and other foreign media, and she was very forthcoming about her personal life with Mr. Putin. Mr. Putin must have seen her as a distraction. There are rumors that she was seen at a Russian convent and that she remarried, but no one knows for sure.”

Even if they are relatives, he will not tolerate them if they seem to be against him. The same ruthless gaze directed toward Ukraine seems to be directed toward the family as well.
