An entertainment district in Sennichimae, Osaka. A long-established grand cabaret dating back to the Showa era is still in business. After the Anti-Prostitution Law came fully into effect in April 1958, there were many cases of hostesses at restaurants and clubs engaging in prostitution independently outside their workplaces. The same thing could happen again following the proposed legal revision. (Photographed in 2025)
