One would think that the men working here would make a lot of money with such a system but it is far from reality. Some of the male therapists in the sex industry for women are working in an exploitative structure that is surprising even for a black company.
The sex industry for women is based on &#8220;on-site sexual services. In other words, most of them are like a gender-reversed version of &#8220;call girl&#8221;. Of course, the sexual intercourse is prohibited, and one can just enjoy a sexual massage using oil.
The fee is usually 20,000 yen for 120 minutes. Unlike adult entertainment services for men, most of them do not offer short courses such as 40 minutes, and they also recommend the use of more than 120 minutes. At Hajime&#8217;s stores, customers can enjoy 30 minutes of free service for a 20 yen Tirol Chocolate, and another 60 minutes of free service on White Day as a &#8220;payback&#8221; service. The total of 90 minutes of free service is quite hard to beat.
The female sex industry is currently in a buyer&#8217;s market. The number of therapists has increased, so you need to have a lot of customers who are willing to be your regular customers to make money. It is also easy to be replaced by a new staff because of reasons like &#8220;You are seldom contact me&#8221; and so on. The more you work, the more notifications of contacts you want to get.
I think those who are making money as a therapist in the sex industry for women will probably be successful no matter where they go. It&#8217;s really a steady process. I used to have a lot of fun with girls, but since I started this job, I don&#8217;t have the energy for that anymore.
Therapists in the sex industry for women are expected to take care not only of their customers&#8217; bodies but also their mental health. And if they are not paid well, they will not be able to continue working for long. Although the sex industry for women is a popular trend, if the current situation continues, male therapists may be forced to quit the industry in droves.
