<p>Nezu (Bunkyo-ku), Tokyo, is known for its retro Showa-era townscape. A woman wearing a kasuri kimono appeared at a shrine in one corner of the area. She is Yuriko Yoshitaka (33). Many other extras dressed in kimono are waiting on the shrine grounds. Apparently, they were filming for the drama &#8220;Kaze yo Arashi yo&#8221; (NHKBS), which is scheduled to air in late March.</p>

<p>This drama depicts the turbulent life of Noe Ito, a women&#8217;s liberation activist in the Taisho era (1912-1926), in which Yoshitaka plays the main character, Noe.</p>
<p>On this day, Yoshitaka filmed a scene with Goro Inagaki (48), who plays Jun Tsuji, Noe&#8217;s first husband. During a break, Yoshitaka sits on a chair in a secluded area and chats with the staff. When she tries on a bench coat handed to her by a staff member, the sleeves of her kimono get caught on the coat, causing her to giggle.</p>

<p><strong> Yoshitaka had a hard time deciding how to express Noe&#8217;s almost insane passion. Yoshitaka was said to have had a hard time deciding how to portray Noe&#8217;s almost maniacal passion, but you can be sure to see her passionate performance in this role.</strong></p>
<p>&#8220;Woe!&#8221; But it is the performance that stirs the emotions of the viewer that is her true calling card. It seems that she will be able to peel off her skin again as an actress in this film.</p>

 In midwinter in Tokyo, we spotted Yuriko Yoshitaka filming a drama series. She was in a relaxed mood as she worked hard filming in a kimono at a shrine, occasionally chatting with the staff. It seems that we will be able to see the essence of her acting again in this film.
