On August 26, the manga artist Kyosuke Usta posted this on his SNS. Speaking of Mr. Usuta, he is known for &#8220;Sexy Commando Gaiden: Amazing! Masaru-san&#8221;, and is a popular gag manga artist. When he moved to Sapporo to raise his children, he put his house up for sale.

The post also included photos of the elegant interior, including the atrium living room and spacious library. According to the real estate website, the house has a floor plan of 4SLDK and a building area of about 200 square meters. The asking price is said to be 168 million yen.
 &#8220;I think it was about eight years ago when Mr. Usuta moved into the house. He was living with his family, dog and cat. She seemed to be busy with her work, and her assistant, who I guessed to be her assistant, often came and went pulling her trunk, and the lights were often on until late at night.
Why haven&#8217;t there been any buyers for more than two and a half years? A local real estate agent tells us.
 A local real estate agent said, &#8220;To put it frankly, it&#8217;s probably a matter of price. In that area, the price of land is about 80 million yen, so 88 million yen for the building alone is a bit expensive. Also, there are a lot of particulars that are typical of manga artists, such as the floor plan, which may put some people off as an investment property. I think those are the main reasons.

However, now that Mr. Usuta himself has sent out this message, many people have come to know about it. It won&#8217;t be long before a buyer appears.
