《New Benefit Program》New Luxury Gifts Introduced [A-Tai]

The Premium Shareholder Benefits Club, which lets you choose from over 5,000 items, is a popular program that lets you enjoy the fun of selecting your own gifts. In the case of A-Tai, holding 300 shares offers a higher yield than holding 200 shares, so be sure to consider this based on your available funds.

[A-Tai (369A)] is a company engaged in the perpetual care grave business, handling everything from planning and construction to sales and maintenance.

The company introduced a new shareholder benefit program starting in August ’26. Shareholders holding 200 or more shares as of the end of August will be awarded shareholder benefit points (Premium Shareholder Club Points) based on the number of shares held. These benefit points can be exchanged for over 5,000 different products—including rice, brand-name beef, sweets, beverages, premium sake, home appliances, and select experience gifts—on the “A-Tai Premium Benefit Club,” a special website exclusive to shareholders.

Holding 200 shares (required investment: 450,000 yen) earns you points worth 3,000 yen, resulting in a shareholder benefit yield of 0.67%.If you add 100 shares to hold a total of 300 shares (required investment: 675,000 yen), the points you receive double to the equivalent of 6,000 yen, and the shareholder benefit yield reaches its highest level at 0.89%.

《New Shareholder Benefit》One-Time 10,000-Yen Special Offer [Tomoku]

A special shareholder benefit offering a QUO Card worth 10,000 yen is a rare find. Since this is a “one-time only” mega bonus commemorating the launch of the new shareholder benefit program, be sure to take advantage of this opportunity if your budget allows.

[Tomoku (3946)] is a company primarily engaged in the corrugated cardboard processing business—where it boasts the top market share in Japan—as well as a housing business centered on imported “Sweden House” homes and a transportation and warehousing business.

The company announced the introduction of a new shareholder benefit program effective as of the record date at the end of March, targeting shareholders who have continuously held 300 or more shares for at least one year. While the regular entitlement month is March (once a year), with the program set to begin in March 2027, a one-time special benefit will be offered in August 2026 to commemorate the launch of the new program.

Under this special commemorative benefit, shareholders holding 300 or more shares as of the end of August 2026 will receive a QUO Card worth 10,000 yen (required investment: approximately 1,298,000 yen).Additionally, shareholders who become shareholders as of the end of August ’26 and continue to hold their shares until the end of March ’27 will be eligible for the shareholder benefits starting with the March ’27 distribution after holding the shares for approximately seven months.

Starting in March ’27, shareholders who continuously hold 300 or more shares for one year or more but less than three years will receive a 10,000-yen QUO Card, while those who hold them for three years or more will receive a 15,000-yen QUO Card.

《New Shareholder Benefit》Get Gifts Under a Special Provision [IDOM]

While continuous holding for at least one year is typically required, this special measure—which allows you to receive shareholder benefits without restrictions through August ’26—is not to be missed. Aim for 1,000 shares to maximize your yield and smartly secure digital gifts.

[IDOM (7599)] is the company that operates “Gulliver,” a major used car retailer.

In February ’26, the company introduced a new shareholder benefit program requiring a holding of 100 shares or more for at least one year. Shareholders who meet these requirements will receive Digital Gift® rewards—redeemable for PayPay Money Light, Amazon gift cards, and more—based on the number of shares held.

For the February and August ’26 shareholder benefits, the continuous holding period requirement is waived as a transitional measure following the program’s launch; shareholders who hold 100 or more shares as of the record date are eligible to receive the benefits. However, please note that starting with the February ’27 benefits, the requirement of holding shares for at least one year will apply; therefore, shareholders who became shareholders on or after March ’26 will not be eligible for the February ’27 benefits.

The value of the shareholder benefits is 2,500 yen per half-year, or 5,000 yen per year (benefit yield of 3.93%), for a holding of 100 shares (required investment: approximately 127,000 yen). For a holding of 500 shares (required investment: 636,000 yen), the benefit is 27,000 yen per year (benefit yield: 4.25%);and holding 1,000 shares (required investment: 1,272,000 yen) yields 60,000 yen annually (benefit yield: 4.72%), with the benefit yield being highest when holding 1,000 shares.

The decision by a company that had suspended its shareholder benefits program to resume them is a sign of confidence in its business recovery and commitment to shareholder returns. Watts, the industry’s fourth-largest player, is a strong ally in safeguarding daily living, and this is a noteworthy moment that offers hope for medium- to long-term growth.

《Resumption of Shareholder Benefits》Resuming Shareholder Benefits with Disaster Preparedness Supplies [Watts]

Being able to cover the cost of disaster preparedness supplies—which can be surprisingly expensive to purchase on one’s own—through shareholder benefits is a huge help in managing household finances (from the press release).
Even though people know disaster preparedness supplies are necessary, they tend to put off preparing them. If items are sent regularly through the shareholder benefit program, household awareness of disaster preparedness should naturally increase. This is an excellent benefit that combines practicality with peace of mind.

[Watts (2735)] is the company that operates “Watts,” the fourth-largest 100-yen shop chain in the industry.

Shareholders holding 200 or more shares of the company as of the end of August will receive the “Watts Disaster Preparedness Assortment” (worth 1,500 yen), a set of disaster preparedness items produced by the “Watts Disaster Preparedness Project.”

Due to sluggish business performance and other factors, the company had abolished its shareholder benefit program in August 2023, consolidating shareholder returns solely through dividends. However, as business performance has since begun to recover and stable profits are now expected, the company has decided to reinstate this benefit.

《Expanded Benefits》An Astonishing 10% Yield [Koshidaka]

Stocks with a total yield exceeding 10% are extremely rare. For frequent karaoke users, this stock is well worth holding for the long term—aiming for a holding period of three years or more. It should significantly reduce your leisure expenses with family and friends.

[Koshidaka HD (2157)] is a company that operates the “Maneki Neko” karaoke chain and “One Kara,” a specialty chain for solo karaoke.

Shareholders holding 100 or more shares of the company as of the end of August or the end of February will receive shareholder benefit coupons—redeemable for payments at “Maneki Neko,” “One Kara,” and other locations—based on the number of shares held and the length of continuous ownership.

《Benefit Changes & Expansion》 Benefits Quadrupled [Kasumigaseki Capital]

This stock is making headlines for its generous expansion, with the benefit amount jumping to four times the previous level. Since the discount amount increases based on the length of ownership, planning annual family trips or reward stays is sure to become a new source of enjoyment.

[Kasumigaseki Capital (3498)] is a company engaged in real estate development nationwide, including logistics facilities, group-oriented accommodations such as the hotel brands “fav (FAV HOTEL),” “FAV LUX,” and “seven x seven,” as well as facilities for the elderly.

《Expanded Benefits》Extra Perks for the 20th Anniversary [Curves]

This is a stock that members won’t hesitate to choose. Since options such as e-money are available, it’s exceptionally user-friendly even for general investors. This August, with the additional benefits offered as part of the 20th-anniversary commemorative program, is the perfect time to start building both your health and your wealth.

[Curves Holdings (7085)] is the company that operates “Curves,” Japan’s largest women-only fitness chain.

Shareholders holding 100 or more shares of the company as of the end of August can choose either a “QUO Card” or “electronic money (PayPay Money Light, au PAY Gift, Rakuten Point Gift, etc.)” as their shareholder benefit. Shareholders who are Curves members or have family members who are members can also choose a discount on Curves subscription products.

The value of the shareholder benefit is determined by the number of shares held and the length of continuous ownership; the longer you hold the shares, the greater the benefit. If you hold 100 shares (required investment: approximately 94,000 yen) for three years or more, the combined total return from dividends and shareholder benefits exceeds 5%.

For the August ’26 record date, a 1,000-yen bonus will be added to the benefit amount as a commemorative benefit marking the 20th anniversary of the Curves chain’s founding.

《Expanded Benefits》Additional 2,000-Yen QUO Card [Rapid Expansion]

In addition to the existing shareholder benefits, a new 2,000-yen QUO Card will be introduced in August, making a significant impact. The total benefit value for holding 100 shares has increased fivefold, making it easier to reap the rewards.

[Kousoku (7504)] is a specialized trading company dealing in light packaging materials for food products, such as trays and film.

The company had previously offered shareholder benefits to shareholders holding 100 or more shares as of the end of March, but starting in August ’26, a new benefit was added: shareholders holding 100 or more shares as of the end of August will receive a flat-rate 2,000-yen original QUO Card.

As a result of this change, the value of the QUO card received for holding 100 shares (required investment: approximately 358,000 yen) has increased significantly from the previous 500 yen to 2,500 yen.
