Ikumi plays the role of the heroine, Ayane Tohsaka, who has developmental dyslexia and has difficulty reading and writing, but has a talent for singing and composing music.

The film was released in Japan on March 20, and drew 130,000 viewers in its first three days of release. The box-office revenue exceeded 170 million yen. Meanwhile, in South Korea, “Seka Koy” has become a social phenomenon, recording 1.25 million viewers, the second highest attendance ever for a Japanese live-action film in South Korea. When it was announced that Michie and Ikumi would be appearing in this film, the approximately 7,500 seats in the theater where the stage greeting was to be held sold out in almost three minutes.
