<p> His official website before the Bunshun report described his brilliant career: &#8220;Born in New York to an Irish-American father and a Japanese mother, he came to Japan at the age of 11,&#8221; &#8220;earned a BA from Temple University and an MBA from Harvard Business School,&#8221; and &#8220;studied at the Panthéon Sorbonne of Paris 1 University. However, these were lies.</p>
<p> However, it was reported that these biographies were lies and that his real name was Japanese, Shinichiro Kawakami. The Internet began to whisper about his name, &#8220;His name may also be a lie,&#8221; &#8220;His face may be plastic surgery,&#8221; and other such allegations.
