 In the first part of this article, Fumitaka Kobiwamaki, a former police lieutenant of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department who has been on the front lines confronting major cases and has named many celebrities, discussed the procedure for arresting entertainers who have been using illegal drugs.
 And in this article, he shares his memories of raiding the apartments of major celebrities who have been arrested for drug cases on numerous occasions.

<h2> How much does it cost to clean up the mess: &#8230;&#8230;&#8221;</h2>
 So they raided the singer&#8217;s apartment, and &#8230;&#8230; I was speechless. The luxury condominium by the sea had been turned into a &#8220;trash house.
 All three rooms on the top floor were rented by that singer. There is a partition on the balcony of the apartment, right? In case of emergency, you can kick through the partition to escape to the next room. All the partitions had been smashed through so that he could go to and from all the rooms on the balcony, but all the rooms were full of stuff.
 One of the rooms seemed to have been dedicated to the owner&#8217;s dog, and there was so much feces lying around that there was no place to step. It made me want to throw up.

 I will never forget the room in the middle.
 It had a lotion bath.
 Milky white lotion was poured over about a third of the bathtub, and a black vibrator was submerged in it. It was a sight that makes me lose my appetite just remembering it.
 The person from the real estate agency that manages the apartment accompanied me on the raid, and when he saw the room covered in dog feces, he lamented, &#8220;Oh, my God, I&#8217;ve done so much,
 How much does it cost to clean up &#8230;&#8230;?&#8221;
 I remember him exclaiming, &#8220;I&#8217;m so sorry.
 Speaking of &#8220;drugs and sex,&#8221; I also have experience working at the Yotsuya Police Station.
 The Yotsuya Police Department has Shinjuku 2-chome within its jurisdiction, and when we were investigating a homosexual drug addict, I was struck by the suspect&#8217;s comment that the stronger his sexual desire became, the more he turned toward the same sex. According to him, &#8220;There is a &#8216;bargaining&#8217; in sex between men and women. When it is between men, there is no need to play games, so you can concentrate on the act. I didn&#8217;t know what the &#8220;game&#8221; was, though.
 Although the drug G-men are always in the news, there have been many cases in which they have been able to avoid arrest. One such case is a beautiful TV personality who is still active on TV.

 When we caught a drug addict red-handed, the TV personality was there.
 But the man had marijuana in his pants, just like Yonekura-san. That makes it difficult to cite him for joint possession.
 At that time, there was still no charge of marijuana use, and if you wanted to do it, you had to take it for possession. When we did a urine test and got a reaction, we couldn&#8217;t arrest him. We searched every inch of the car, but could find no evidence to support joint possession. So we decided not to arrest the celebrity.
 I would take credit for naming the celebrity, and because of the value, I would arrest him even if it was unreasonable &#8211; the act I most hated and forbade when I was in office. Arrests that do not meet the requirements are against my principles.
 This was also the case when I got a tip that a drug party was being held in Roppongi. I was told that a rock singer who is still active today and a heavyweight fighter were attending, and I took a crack at a girl who was attending the party as a companion. The girl was dosed with methamphetamine on the spot and learned it.
 By the time we arrested her in Shibuya, she was already a wreck. She was spending her days getting methamphetamine from the yakuza and having sex with them. When we asked to see her cell phone, we didn&#8217;t get the names of the specific participants, but there was a note on it that said, &#8220;Working a party in Roppongi on what date.
 It matched the date of the drug party we looked up. So we were sure that the event itself was held, but &#8230;&#8230; the girl was too broken from drugs.
 The testimony was so ragged that we couldn&#8217;t give it any credibility &#8211; or rather, any evidentiary value &#8211; and we had to give up, saying, &#8220;We can&#8217;t sustain a trial with this.
 There are countless celebrities whose lives have been saved simply because they don&#8217;t know it.
