Russia&#8217;s Alina Zagitova, who won the gold medal in women&#8217;s figure skating at the 2018 PyeongChang Olympics, wrote a message on her Instagram account saying, &#8220;I miss you. What the hell happened&#8230;!
Zagitova, a figure skater born in 2002, won the gold medal at the 2018 PyeongChang Olympics at the young age of 15 years and 9 months. But after that, her performance slumped due to poor health, and she decided to suspend her participation in competitions. She did not just retire, however, but made comments such as &#8220;I don&#8217;t intend to stand still or leave.&#8221;
In the meantime, she was participating in ice shows and other events. Then, she appeared at the &#8220;Figure Skating Russian Championships&#8221; as a member of the media. She congratulated Kamila Valieva, who won her first competition at the age of 15, the same age that Zagitova won the gold in the Olympics.

After the Russian Championships, Zagitova was chosen to be a reporter for the Beijing Olympics. On her Instagram, Zagitova posted a photo with an ice rink in the background. She spread her arms, looking comfortable, and said, &#8220;Beijing, 2022! This is where the Olympics will start. I miss it. I&#8217;m so happy to be able to immerse myself in this atmosphere again,&#8221; she wrote.
Later, however, the Beijing Olympics broke out into a doping scandal in Valieva. Nevertheless, the curtain came down on the Beijing Olympics, and Zagitova wrote her final message.
