The man walking away is Teru Iwamoto (32) of Snow Man, the lead actor in the drama, and the man clinging to him is Genta Matsuda (26) of Travis Japan, the other lead actor. This is the first drama collaboration for the two.

The drama is a live-action version of the manga of the same title, written by Takano Mizusumi and illustrated by Futton Chirashi. It is a healing comic about two handsome men with opposite hobbies and personalities who visit private saunas around the country.
