<p><span class="strongInContent"> Kill, Kill, Kill: &#8230;&#8230;</span></p>
<p> The man who molested the high school girl on the train indecently threatened her, saying, &#8220;I&#8217;ll kill you, I&#8217;ll kill you, I&#8217;ll kill you.</p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> On July 23, &#8217;25, the Urayasu Police Station of the Chiba Prefectural Police arrested Yosuke Oka, 45, a self-proclaimed company employee in Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture, on suspicion of non-consensual indecent assault. Oka is suspected of having indecently touched a 16-year-old high school girl, A, on her way to school in a train at the end of May.</span></p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> After Ms. A got off the train, she reported the incident to the police box in front of the station. Later, an investigation of the station&#8217;s security cameras led to the discovery of Oka.</span><span class="strongInContent"> Oka denied the charges, saying, &#8216;I have no idea.</span></p>

<p> After his arrest, Oka was investigated and found guilty of a series of other crimes, which led to further arrests. A reporter from the social section of a national newspaper continued, &#8220;On September 25, a police officer arrested Oka.</p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> On September 25, Shinjuku Police Station of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department arrested Oka on suspicion of indecent assault and indecent assault after he slipped a sleeping pill into the drink of Ms. B, then 23, whom he had met on a matching app in early May.</span></p>

<p> On February 16, &#8217;26, the first trial of Oka, who is charged with three counts of non-consensual indecency, was held at the Chiba District Court. The indictment and opening statement read by the prosecutor revealed Oka&#8217;s despicable acts of indecent assault, in which he used threats and sleeping pills to make the women unable to resist before committing the indecent acts.</p>

Then, while the train was running, he got close behind Ms. A, put his hand inside her skirt, and engaged in other indecent acts with her.</span></p>
<p> At that time, Oka threatened Ms. A as described at the beginning of this article, and continued, &#8220;If you make a fuss, I will kill you.</p>

<p> The two met on a matching app in April and began communicating with each other.</p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> The defendant paid Mr. B, whom he met on a matching app, a 10,000-yen gratuity to have dinner with him, and they went to a yakiniku restaurant in Shinjuku Ward. When Mr. B became unconscious, the defendant took him into a private room of a nearby bar, held him by the side, and then committed indecent acts, such as putting his hands inside his clothes. He then put his hands inside her clothes and committed indecent acts with her.</span></p>
<p> When he molested Ms. C, Mr. Oka threatened her and made it impossible for her to resist.</p>

<p><span class="strongInContent"> The defendant sat down next to Ms. C on the seat and poked her in the side with his elbow. When a passenger, unable to see what was going on, approached Ms. C and pretended to take video of the defendant, the defendant got off the train and fled.&#8221;</span></p>
<p> According to Ms. C&#8217;s statement, which was read by the prosecutor, Ms. C had been a victim of sexual assault when she was a child. She said that the victimization of Oka defendant reminded her of that time and she could not raise her voice. She stated that after the incident, when she saw a man similar in height to defendant Oka, she began to have flashbacks that caused her to have heart palpitations.</p>

<p> Finally, Mr. C. expressed his anger in this way.</p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> After the attack, I began to feel very anxious, so I went to a mental clinic and received medication to alleviate my anxiety. As for the perpetrator, I ask that he be severely punished so that he will stay in prison for as long as possible.&#8221;</span></p>

<p> Oka previously served in the Ground Self-Defense Force, but at the time of his arrest, he was working at a restaurant. He stated in court that he is currently unemployed. Oka, who said he had been prescribed sleeping pills at the hospital, stated the following about the crime itself: &#8220;I was under the influence of sleeping pills I was taking.</p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> He stated, &#8220;I don&#8217;t remember each of the crimes, or my memory is not clear, due to the effects of the sleeping pills I was taking.&#8221;</span></p>
<p> If he has <span class="strongInContent">no recollection of</span> the crimes, it is possible that he will never speak about them in court again. Oka has been violating the women victims by taking away their power of resistance to his desires. Will we ever hear an apology from his mouth again?</p>
