<p> One day in winter, a movie was being filmed in a residential area in Kita-Koshigaya (Koshigaya City, Saitama Prefecture).</p>
<p> A young man was walking with his back rounded, wearing a blue hoodie and carrying a day bag on his back. A young woman gently pats his back as if she is working on it. &#8230;&#8230; They are Akihiro Yasuda (41) of &#8220;SUPER EIGHT&#8221; and actor, Non (32).</p>
<p> On February 13, the production of the film &#8220;Parallel and Perpendicular&#8221; (directed by Shotaro Kobayashi) was announced, and it was revealed that Yasuda and Non will play the lead roles.</p>

<p> According to Eiga.com (February 13, 2011), it took about two years to write the script with the help of an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) specialist, and Yasuda prepared for her ASD role by attending lectures by the specialist and interacting with people with ASD characteristics. On the other hand, Non also worked on her role by listening to a counselor who has a sibling with a disability.</p>
<p> On the set, the two stars, director Kobayashi, and the crew seemed to be in a tense, tense mood. When a voice called out, &#8220;Start! Yasuda, wearing a help-mark, walked weakly as in the beginning of the film, and Nodoka stood by her side. The camera followed her back. When the cut was called, NON looked relieved, but YASUDA, perhaps absorbed in her role, kept a stiff expression on her face.</p>
