Playing the role of Sakura Igarashi in “Kamen Rider Revise

I play Sakura Igarashi, a bright, strong-minded high school karate girl with a strong sense of justice. She is the younger sister of the main character and hates it when her family and loved ones are hurt. My favorite scene to watch in particular is when she transforms into Kamen Rider Jeanne in episodes 11 and 12!

I still remember when we were filming outside during the cold winter months. Before the show, we put ice in our mouths to prevent white breath during the performance, but I didn’t understand the intention at the time and ate all the ice that the staff gave me. Seeing that, everyone on the set laughed at me and said, “You don’t have to eat it! Everyone on the set laughed at me.

Sakura’s strength has saved my life many times, and “Kamen Rider Revise” has become an irreplaceable work for me. I was happy to see it trending on social networking sites every week, but there were many different opinions about Sakura among them.

But I didn’t get lost in those opinions, and I ran through to the end with a strong will to play the Sakura I thought I wanted to play at that time. Even now that the show is over, I still want to play the role of the invincible Sakura once again! I would love to be cast once more in a Kamen Rider spin-off (laughs).
