Appearing in “Ryu ga Gotoku 8 Gaiden! Too Sexy “Goddess of the Circuit” talks about “How Minato-ku Girls Drink…”

If only she could enter the world of video games… Last year, popular race queen Seiko Kirishima (34), now in her 11th year, made her appearance in the game “Ryu ga Gotoku 8 Gaiden,” fulfilling a dream that everyone has had at least once.

Q: I heard that you won a ticket to appear in “Ryu ga Gotoku 8 Gaiden” after winning a tough audition. Why did you participate in the audition?

My first encounter with “Ryu ga Gotoku” was when I was a student, and I borrowed a copy of the first game from a friend and played it. After that, I was exposed to the “Ryu ga Gotoku” series through YouTube video games.

I have loved games and anime since I was a child, and originally wanted to become an ani-song singer, and I had even attended a training school for voice actors. So when I learned that there was an audition, I thought, “This is my chance! I thought, ‘This is my chance! Actually, I had applied for the job without informing the agency, so it was a double application (laughs).

As a result of the audition, Kirishima, Enako, Kaho Shibuya, Ai Hongo, and Misoshiru were selected to appear in the game as “Minato Ward Girls. How was the recording process?

During the final audition stage, they were filmed in a 360-degree camera room and 3D models were made. We added our voices to the 3D models, just like voice actors, but there were also recordings that were unique to “Ryu ga Gotoku”. We shot the live-action video part on a different day. I had the opportunity to work with not only the other Minato-ku girls, but also Mr. Akiyama (Ryuji, 47) from “Robert”!

Q: Your role this time was that of a “Minato-ku girl,” but are you yourself what is called a “Minato-ku girl”?

I have had some experience drinking in Minato-ku, but I’m about the same as anyone else (laughs). I am not the type of person who likes to drink heavily, and I have never gone out of my comfort zone.

I think some of the so-called “Minato-ku girls” are so used to being treated well that they become conceited. But I definitely don’t want to drink that way. I want to be affable while respecting modesty.

Kirishima: There are a lot of rugged men in the game, but what type of man do you like?

I think it is true that men with conviction and passionate hearts are cool, but in the real world, I am more interested in men with thin lines rather than the burly type. He answered that his favorite celebrity is Osamu Mukai (44). In “The Dragon’s Dogma,” I like a handsome Korean guy named Han Jun-ki, and I have an acrylic stand of him!
