<p> It was one night in early February when I spotted a man &#8211; Shigeru Jojima (55) &#8211; leaning against a pillar and standing talking with two women with a serious expression on his face.</p>
<p> In JR Shinagawa Station, with a smartphone in his hand and his mask down to his chin, Jojima was leaning against a pillar and talking with a woman about something. I took note of what Jojima said, checked his phone and &#8230;&#8230; apparently had a meeting with her.</p>
