<h2> Both locally and abroad.</h2>
<p> &#8211;&#8217;26 This is the first cover of the year. How did you like it this time?</p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> Unlike the fresh image I had in the past, I was conscious of the &#8220;mature girl&#8221; image. I chose an outfit that I don&#8217;t usually wear, such as a one-piece dress with a bold open back and black tights. I also cut my hair by 15 cm last October, so this was my first gravure after the makeover!</span></p>
<p> &#8211;I heard that you had a hard time shooting on a very cold day.</p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> We were freezing while we were shooting (laughs). But I was careful not to let the cold show on my face, because a single expression can change the impression of a photo. Before the shoot, I was also very careful about my diet, trying to avoid eating additives and fatty foods. I love to eat, but I tend to have a flabby stomach, so from the night before the shoot until the end of the shoot, I try not to eat anything other than water. To make up for that, I ate sushi on the ride home (laughs).&#8221;</span></p>

<p> &#8211;Recently, you have been holding events overseas to launch your calendar, haven&#8217;t you?</p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> Last January, I had an event in Hong Kong. Japanese special effects are popular there, and in fact, there was a person who knew me from &#8220;Masked Rider Geets&#8221; (TV Asahi), in which I had appeared in the past. I had never had the opportunity to meet overseas fans before, so it was a new experience for me. I strongly felt that I had the support of many different people.</span></p>
<p> &#8211;In November of last year, you became the &#8220;Soka Advertising Captain&#8221; for your hometown of Soka City, Saitama Prefecture. What local spots do you recommend?</p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> The Soka Health Center, which has been in existence for more than 30 years!　It is a health spa with hot springs, sauna, karaoke, a restaurant, and a rest area where you can read manga. I used to go there once a week with my family when I was little.&#8221;</span></p>
<p> &#8211;Mr. Shida is famous for his love of ramen.</p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> Ramen Aoki-Tei is a ramen restaurant!　It has a tonkotsu (pork bone) base, but the flavor is somewhere between rich and light. It is based on tonkotsu (pork bone marrow), but the flavor is somewhere between rich and light, so even those who don&#8217;t like rich ramen can enjoy it. However, the portion is rather large, so women should be careful.</span></p>
<p> &#8211;Can you finish the dish?</p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> I can eat it easily (laughs). Whenever I eat ramen, I always order rice as well. The rice is the main dish and the ramen is the side dish (laughs).</span></p>

<p> &#8211;What is the secret of how you can eat that much and still maintain your style?</p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> I continue to do the stretches that I learned from my mother, who used to do gymnastics, as I told you in our last interview, and I also put a lot of effort into Pilates. I used to go to classes, but now I buy a mat and a yoga ball and work hard at home. I try to avoid eating foods high in additives, fat, and sugar, just as I did before the shoot.</span></p>

<p> &#8212; Recently, his acting work has been increasing.</p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> I have been playing the lead role in a play called &#8220;Kagekishojo! I have been playing the leading role in a stage play called &#8220;Kagekeshojo! I also play the role of Saka Beppu, a junior colleague of the main characters Akagi and Aoshima, in the drama &#8220;Kekkatsu Battlefield 37&#8243; (TV Tokyo), which is currently airing. You will enjoy the realism of women struggling to find happiness in their marriages.&#8221;</span></p>
<p> &#8211;What did you work on in preparing for your role?</p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> What did you work on while creating the role? So, after I was cast in &#8220;Battlefield 37,&#8221; I asked my friends who are married about their real lives to use as a reference for my performance. I found episodes that were similar to those in the script, and I learned a lot from them, thinking, &#8216;This is really how married couples talk.</span></p>

<p> &#8211;What is your ideal man?</p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> What is your ideal man?　He is dedicated to his work, but also cares about his family. I am attracted to a man who considers his family&#8217;s happiness as his own. My job makes it difficult for me to take long periods of time off, but I would love to take trips to hot springs or overseas with him.</span></p>
<p> &#8211;So you like to travel?</p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> Traveling is a good way to refresh myself. I like to eat, so I make travel plans that emphasize the delicious gourmet food of the destination. But if my partner likes fashion, we shop at apparel stores, and if we like tourist spots, we visit famous spots. My travel style is to take the best of both worlds (laughs).</span></p>
<p> &#8211;Lastly, please tell us about last year and your goals for this year.</p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> Last year was a year of change. I had more acting jobs such as short dramas and stage performances, and I also interacted with overseas fans. In my private life, I have broken away from indoor activities and started visiting various places. Recently, I went to the slopes in Gifu Prefecture and went snowboarding for the first time in my life!</span><br>
<span class="strongInContent"> This year, more than ever, I want to make it a year of doing what I want to do. In particular, I would like to try my hand more and more at acting for video. I hope my activities will bring even a little joy to the staff, my family and friends, and my fans!</span></p>

Korea and Hong Kong</h2>
<p> Last year I traveled to Korea with my family and Hong Kong with friends. In Korea, I enjoyed samgyeopsal and liver sashimi, which I love while walking around eating. I will never forget the briny texture of the liver sashimi. I was also very happy to find my favorite bag!　In Hong Kong, I overslept on the second morning and my stay in Macau, which I was looking forward to, was over in an instant (laugh). It was a haphazard trip, but it turned out to be a great memory!</p>
