[Exclusive] Yūchami Spotted Spending the Night with Ex, Fighter Masafumi Kumura, 18 Months After Split

Even with a busy schedule, she goes straight to her favorite person

Literally, there’s hardly a day she’s not on TV. Yuuna Furukawa (24), known as Yuuchami, is keeping busy with events, modeling work, and appearances on variety shows.

Even on the night when Tokyo was hit by freezing cold, she returned home after 9 p.m. Known among fans as part of the bath-canceling crowd, you might have thought she would at least fill the tub and warm up—but before anyone could wonder, she was back out on the main street.

She took a taxi to a small apartment. After spending about an hour there, she reappeared outside. Whether it was for a YouTube shoot, a meeting, or a private esthetic session the answer quickly became clear.

Walking beside her was a strikingly handsome man with sharp, large eyes, like a wild animal. After chatting and taking a short stroll (see photo), the two hailed a taxi and headed back toward central Tokyo.

We know this handsome man. Impossible to forget. About three years ago, FRIDAY scooped their romantic relationship: he is Masashi Kumura (27), the martial artist who was dating Yuuchami at the time.

Though they were thought to have broken up in 2024, “I heard they got back together last year,” says a producer at a major TV network. In fact, FRIDAY has often spotted Yuuchami visiting Kumura despite her busy schedule.

One moment that truly showed the depth of her affection came in mid-January:

After appearing in Shizuoka at the “SDGs Promotion TGC Shizuoka 2026,” Yuuchami appeared live on Sunday Japon(TBS) the next day. Then, after spending the entire day at a disaster-prevention event in Oita and returning to Tokyo, she took a taxi straight to Kumura.

After spending the night, she yawned on the way home—but as far as FRIDAY could see, she is completely smitten with Kumura.
