A quirky-actor couple’s hand-in-hand date – March 14 & 21 issues
Both wearing round glasses, the image of Hona Ikoka (36) snuggling up to Toki Shige Emoto (36) as he intently studies the sign of a restaurant famous for grilled fish skewers left quite an impression. Without disguises, they walked boldly holding hands like lovers.
“After the breakout of Gesu no Kiwami Otome, she seriously focused on acting, appearing in TV Asahi dramas such as Roppongi Class and Konbanwa, Asayama-ke desu, as well as NHK’s Bakebake, under the name Satou Honami. She’s steadily establishing herself as an actress. The turning point that brought the couple closer was their co-starring in the 2024 TV Tokyo drama Kinshicho Paradise: From Shibuya to One Street,” said a TV network insider.
After the drama ended in November ’24, FRIDAY spotted the two of them in a Tokyo convenience store, carefully choosing sweets, looking very affectionate.
Their romance as two quirky actors came to fruition one year later, in November ’25.
The two met on a local program in Okayama. Since March, Imagawa has moved to Tokyo, and the couple is living together happily.
“When I said, ‘We’ll get married someday,’ it was written as a marriage announcement. Honestly, that wasn’t good. The reporter was clever,” Riri (41) of Mitorizu said on the December 11 broadcast of their variety show Mitorizu Jan (TV Asahi), referring to FRIDAY’s love report. The couple has been dating for around two years, and began cohabiting in March.
Although Riri jokingly criticized FRIDAY on the show, he showed manly spirit behind the scenes.
“Riri has never said no to love-related teasing. Right after the report, during a live broadcast of Loveit! (TBS), careful checks were made, but he didn’t seem bothered. As one of the most popular comedians, he probably thought hiding the news would make his girlfriend anxious,” said a key network insider.

“Recently, I ended up kissing on the street,” Goto (28) of Yonsentoushin confessed following a FRIDAY scoop. Fellow comedians laughed, calling it brutal, too funny, or even maybe a first for comedians.
The shocking scene, which Goto described as scary for myself, occurred in the middle of Obon holidays. Emerging from a karaoke venue about 15 km from central Tokyo, Goto put aside his trademark laid-back comedy and enthusiastically acted out the story, showing off his playful charmer side as he kissed a beautiful woman. On another day, the girlfriend was spotted waving from their love nest window as he went to work. Wishing them happiness!
