Arrested for “papa-activities” with three girls

A junior high school teacher in Niigata Prefecture who was looking for a girl to be his “daddy’s girl” on SNS sent this message to a high school student, A (15 years old at the time). Petit means no intercourse, he said.

On October 15, ’25, Saitama Prefecture’s Omiya-Nishi Police Station arrested the defendant, Gaku Nakamura, 36, who works at a public junior high school in Niigata Prefecture, on suspicion of non-consensual sexual intercourse and other charges. Nakamura is suspected of having sexual intercourse with Ms. A in June of this year, promising to give her cash, and filming the act. He was also arrested again on November 4 on suspicion of non-consensual sexual intercourse with a junior high school girl, B (13 years old at the time), in August of last year.

The incident began in August 2011 when the mother of another teenage girl, who lived in Saitama Prefecture, told the Omiya-Nishi Police Station that her daughter was meeting a stranger and receiving money from him.

In the course of the investigation, Nakamura came to light. When the police searched the house, they found sexual images and videos of several girls on Nakamura’s smartphone, which led to the discovery of the case. The police analyzed the images stored on Nakamura’s phone and identified the victims, and on September 25, Nakamura was arrested and charged with non-consensual sexual intercourse with Ms. C, a junior high school girl in Kanagawa Prefecture. Subsequently, he was arrested in the case of Ms. A and Ms. B.

Nakamura said, ‘There is no doubt. I was under stress at work.

On December 22, Nakamura’s first trial was held at Saitama District Court. At the trial, Nakamura was accused of having non-consensual sexual intercourse with Ms. A and Mr. B, photographing them in a sexual manner, and violating the Child Pornography Prohibition Law. In addition, he was charged with four counts of demanding a visit from a person under the age of 16.

After completing graduate school, Nakamura worked as a teacher at a public junior high school. Around 2011, he began engaging in what is known as “daddy dating,” in which he would promise to pay money to junior high and high school girls he met through social networking services to engage in sexual acts with them.

The indictment and opening statement read out by the prosecutor revealed Nakamura’s despicable criminal acts of seducing girls with money and demanding sexual favors from them.

The defendant met Ms. A while searching for a so-called “daddy’s girl” through social networking services, and they began exchanging messages using Instagram’s direct message function. Between June 9 and 15, the defendant sent messages to Ms. A, such as, “I want to meet you. 4.5 is fine,” and demanded to meet her in exchange for money, and promised to perform sexual acts in exchange for 45,000 yen.

On June 15, after meeting at a train station in Tokyo, they engaged in sexual acts at a nearby hotel and took videos and photos with their smartphones.

The defendant met Ms. B through a social networking service, and in exchange for money, he offered to have sexual intercourse with her and arranged to meet with her. On August 22 of last year, he engaged in sexual intercourse with Ms. B at a hotel in Tokyo and took videos and photographs of her with his smartphone.

Nakamura, a junior high school teacher, was apparently exclusively searching social networking accounts of female junior high and high school students at his home and other places in an attempt to contact them.

During the interrogation, Ms. A recalled the time when Nakamura contacted her.

Around March of this year, I received a DM on my Instagram account saying, ‘Are you out of money? I received a DM on my Instagram account asking if I was out of money. The offender contacted me with the intention of getting me some aid, but I had no intention of doing so, so I declined the offer at least once. However, after some time, he contacted me again and again, saying, ‘If you meet with me, I will support you a lot.

The offender wanted to have “petit” dating, which does not involve sexual intercourse, and wanted me to bring my high school uniform and junior high school gym clothes. To be honest, I was worried that being filmed would be leaked, but I thought it would be okay if they gave me a lot of money, so I agreed on the condition that it would not be leaked.

However, Mr. A became anxious just before the meeting and canceled the meeting once. After the cancellation, Nakamura continued to send messages saying, “I want to see you,” and on June 15, he met up with Ms. A. They engaged in sexual intercourse at a hotel. They engaged in sexual intercourse at a hotel and took videos and photographs.

I remember being very excited.”

At the end of the interview, Ms. A expressed her remorse and anger toward Nakamura.

I was so desperate for money that I took advantage of the temptation offered by the criminal and engaged in a dating relationship, but now I think I did something dangerous. I hope that people like this criminal, who prey on minors for money to satisfy their own sexual desires, go to jail.

On the other hand, Mr. B was engaged in daddy’s activities at the time he met Nakamura. She told the interrogator that at the time of the incident, she was engaged in daddy’s activities.

I was doing papa activities more than a year ago. I think the communication started when my uncle (Nakamura) sent a DM to my X (old Twitter) account. I believe the uncle contacted me from the beginning for the purpose of papa activity, so we immediately started talking about conditions. I remember that if I agreed to be photographed, he would pay me more money.

I wanted money to play with, so I did papa katsuki, but now I think it was a dangerous thing to do and I regret that I should have stopped. I am worried that my sexual images and videos will be leaked, so I want them erased, and I hope the perpetrator will not repeat the same thing.”

Nakamura admits all the facts of the prosecution, saying, “ There is no doubt about it.”

During the interrogation, he described his conduct with Ms. A in this way.

I remember that I was very aroused when she changed into her school uniform or gym clothes and performed sexual acts on me in the clothes of my choice. I kept images and videos of what I experienced at this time as a memory to look back on later.

If they hadn’t been confiscated by the police, I think I would have kept them as a collection for a long time.”

While teaching students at the junior high school, Nakamura also used the Internet as an outlet for his lust to scavenge for girls his own age. How did he really feel when he was teaching?

The prosecution is scheduled to follow up on the case.
