<p data-start="80" data-end="221">That area, tucked away in a corner of Tokyo’s Shibuya Ward, is known as a celebrity neighborhood where entertainers and elite salarymen live.</p>
<p data-start="223" data-end="549">On a day when the cold was growing more severe, an actor could be seen at an overseas high-end brand shop facing the main street of the well-known celebrity town. Dressed chicly in a greige shirt and black pants, and drawing attention with his well-proportioned build standing over 180 cm tall, was actor Shuntaro Yanagi (34).</p>
<p data-start="551" data-end="1099"><strong>“Yanagi began working as an exclusive model for MEN’S NON-NO in ’09, and made his acting debut in 2012 with the film Virgin ‘Fukaku Kono Sei o Aisubeshi’. He attracted attention for his intense portrayal of a prideful, power-harassing husband in the 2024 drama Five Ways to Socially Kill Your Husband Season 2 (TV Tokyo). Having been cast in taiga dramas such as What Will You Do, Ieyasu? and Berabō ~Tsutashige Eikan no Yumebanashi~, he’s an actor whose profile is rapidly rising,”</strong> says an entertainment reporter from a sports newspaper.</p>
<p data-start="1101" data-end="1331">Standing beside Yanagi was another tall, exceptionally well-proportioned beauty. With a remarkably small face that made her height of 165 cm stand out even more, this woman was model Kurumi (26), whom Yanagi married on December 3.</p>
<p data-start="1333" data-end="1777"><strong>“Kurumi had been working as a salon model since high school, and in 2017 she moved to Tokyo from her hometown of Shizuoka to begin her modeling career in earnest. Since then she’s been active in fashion magazines like ViVi and NYLON JAPAN. She also drew attention when actress Mirei Kiritani (36) introduced Kurumi as a cute girl she recently discovered on the variety show Konya Kurabete Mimashita (Nippon TV),”</strong> the same reporter adds.</p>
<p data-start="1779" data-end="2075">After enjoying shopping at the high-end brand store, the two headed to a car parked nearby. Both wore smiles throughout, radiating an aura of happiness. Then, with Kurumi at the wheel, they drove to a nearby park, where they began walking their beloved dog, which had been waiting inside the car.</p>
<p data-start="2077" data-end="2240"><strong>“They drank coffee together, and while Yanagi played with their dog, Kurumi watched him fondly from a bench—it really felt like a newlywed couple,”</strong> said a witness.</p>
<p data-start="2242" data-end="2329" data-is-last-node="" data-is-only-node="">How Yanagi’s acting will change after marriage is something to look forward to as well.</p>
