<p data-start="259" data-end="389">Ai Mikami (25) had a large scarf around her neck, and Nanao Seino (31) wore a calm expression. Next to them walked Koji Seto (37).</p>
<p data-start="391" data-end="604">In early December, filming for the New Year drama special “119 Emergency Call 2026 YOKOHAMA BLACKOUT” (Fuji TV) took place at Nippon Maru Memorial Park in Yokohama Minato Mirai, with the main cast all present.</p>
<p data-start="606" data-end="899">“119 Emergency Call” was originally a Monday 9 PM drama that aired in January 2025. It depicted the struggles of operators in the Third Division of the Command Section of the Yokohama City Fire Department, who coordinate ambulance and fire dispatches after 119 calls, in an original story.</p>
<p data-start="901" data-end="1226">The final episode’s free catch-up streaming reached over 2 million views within a week (calculated by TVer DATA MARKETING; combined TVer and FOD numbers). The average individual viewer rating was 4.6% (Video Research, Kanto region), ranking first in both individual and core viewer ratings among Fuji TV’s dramas this year.</p>
<p data-start="1228" data-end="1498">The special edition focuses on whether “AI operators” should replace human work. Amid debates, an unprecedented large-scale blackout occurs on New Year’s Eve. <p data-start="1522" data-end="1742">Whether before or after the blackout is unclear, the members of Command Section Three walked across the grass with calm steps. Mikami seemed to enjoy the warm sunlight and remained smiling under a sunshade held by staff.</p>
<p data-start="1744" data-end="1958">Seino, meanwhile, walked beside Seto while gazing at the clear blue sky. During breaks, she relaxed on a director’s chair next to Seto, checking her smartphone. On the program’s official website, Seino commented:</p>
<p data-start="1744" data-end="1958"><strong>“In this special, new members join Command Section Three. Our team will unite to deliver excitement and emotion to everyone.”</strong></p>
