<p> The suspect, Masahiro Nakatani, 60, of unknown address and occupation, emerged from the Shinjuku Police Station building of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department at 9:00 a.m. on November 27 to be sent to the police station for prosecution. The suspect, who looked down so that his face would not be visible, was walking with only the top of his thinning head showing.
