<h2> Riding a bicycle 40 kilometers from Nerima Ward to Akasaka</h2>
 On November 16, a woman in her 40s was stabbed in the left abdomen and other parts of her body before a live performance in Akasaka, Tokyo, and on November 22, Yoichiro Otsu, 43, was arrested by the Investigation Division 1 of the Metropolitan Police Department on suspicion of attempted murder.
 Otsu, an active duty Japan Ground Self-Defense Force member, told the Metropolitan Police Department that he had been having an affair with the woman for nine years,

 A male business owner who lives near the crime scene expressed his fear.
 On Sundays, Akasaka is a quiet shopping street. But that day, the sirens kept going off, and when I went outside to see if something had happened, I found several ambulances and police cars had rushed to the scene, and police officers had set up a line of cordon and control. When I asked an acquaintance who happened to be there to see what was going on, he told me, &#8216;I heard that a woman was stabbed,&#8217; and that a man dressed in black was the culprit. &#8230;&#8230; I checked our security camera and saw the man on it. Later, a detective visited us and took a copy of the video as video evidence.&#8221;
 The woman&#8217;s wounds had reached her internal organs, and her kidneys were removed.

 After the crime, Otsu returned to his post, the Asaka Garrison, where he was working, and continued to work the next day with a nonchalant look on his face.
 According to the JGSDF, Otsu enlisted in the JGSDF in 2003 and was assigned to the Asaka Camp. According to the officials, he was assigned to Hachinohe Garrison in Aomori Prefecture around &#8217;18, and returned to Asaka Garrison in &#8217;24.

 According to his friends, the image of a father figure with a friendly family comes to mind. However, a neighbor who knew the suspect, however, described &#8220;another side of him.
 He probably didn&#8217;t have a good relationship with his children. The children would show up at local events, but the father (Otsu) himself didn&#8217;t show up very often, and even when he did, I got the impression that he didn&#8217;t talk to his family or just stayed away. I don&#8217;t think he participated in family gatherings very much.
 Another reporter from the Social Affairs Department also commented, &#8220;Otsu&#8217;s hobbies include running,
 He told people around him that his hobby was running, and he was working hard to improve his physical fitness. He was also said to be very serious, refraining from drinking alcohol if he had to work early the next day. However, he told his friends and others that he had a hard time going home because he had to be on duty so many times, but according to an SDF official with knowledge of the situation, the lie was detected, saying, &#8220;He was not in a unit where the work shifts were that demanding.
 The suspect was arrested.
