Tom Cruise Set to Marry Ana de Armas Again — Premarital Agreement Reportedly Ready

A bold hand-holding date in front of the paparazzi
As Tom Cruise (63) and Ana de Armas (37) see their romance accelerate, speculation is mounting that an engagement could be imminent.
Several credible sources in U.S. and U.K. media suggest that Tom may have already completed multiple missions toward marrying Ana.
The couple’s relationship was first reported on Valentine’s Day this year, and they have been frequently spotted together since. In July, they enjoyed Oasis’s reunion concert at London’s Wembley Stadium and were later photographed vacationing on a yacht off Menorca, Spain.
On July 26 (local time), they were snapped on a hand-holding date in Woodstock, Vermont, where Ana lives. This was the first time they openly held hands in front of photographers, widely reported by U.S. entertainment media as confirmation of their relationship.
When seen walking around town accompanied by friends, Ana firmly held Tom’s hand, signaling both the confirmation of their romance and the overture to an engagement.
“Media across the U.S. were split on whether this big couple was officially dating. But in July, Tom’s ex-wife, actress Katie Holmes, liked the news story, giving the dating camp an upper hand. Then, these definitive romantic photos emerged,” a women’s magazine journalist explained.
The massive coverage over just holding hands reflects the superstar status of Tom and Ana as a couple.
Further reports indicate that Tom is scouting for a love nest in the U.K.
According to the U.K. Daily Mail (online edition), Tom is planning to invest part of his $600 million fortune (about ¥90 billion) to buy a mansion in an affluent U.K. area where he and Ana could live together.
“Tom already owns a £35 million (approx. ¥7 billion) luxury penthouse in London’s Knightsbridge and multiple mansions in Beverly Hills. To find a new home in the Cotswolds—a central England area home to billionaires, politicians, and celebrities including Tom’s friends David and Victoria Beckham—he has reportedly sent his personal assistant to search locally,” a Hollywood insider said.
Additionally, RadarOnline reports that Tom is preparing a prenuptial agreement.
Regarding Tom’s estimated $600 million (approximately ¥90 billion) fortune
“To complete the procedures before announcing the engagement, he hopes she will sign smoothly. Tom is crazy about Ana, but from past experiences, he feels the need to protect himself,” a source told the site, adding,
“Friendly Ana will probably have no problem signing the documents to make Tom happy.”
Tom has been married and divorced with three actresses—Mimi Rogers, Nicole Kidman, and Katie Holmes. He is reportedly being cautious about marrying Ana as his fourth wife and considers a prenuptial agreement necessary. By the way, Tom’s assets are estimated at $600 million (about ¥90 billion).
Another mission is to have Ana accept Tom as a Scientology believer.
Tom’s ex-wife Katie Holmes divorced him in 2012 to prevent their daughter Suri from being influenced by Scientology. Learning from that, Tom is reportedly gradually introducingn Ana to Scientology.
A source told RadarOnline,
“Ana openly tells her friends that she is ready to marry Tom and is genuinely happy to have embraced Scientology.”
There had been concerns about the 26-year age gap between 63-year-old Tom and 37-year-old Ana. However, Ana seems completely captivated by Tom’s bold and romantic actions—such as hanging from the wing of a plane in Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning, performing dangerous stunts without a stunt double, and piloting a helicopter on their dates.
Additionally, Tom’s seriousness and the plan to purchase a lavish new home with his estimated $600 million assets appear to have won her heart.
This will be Tom’s fourth marriage, but since working together on projects like the film Deeper, Ana is said to be the perfect woman for him both professionally and personally, likely influencing his decision to marry again. Tom may be planning a perfect marriage unlike any before, as the culmination of his personal life.
