<h3> He poisoned two girls he met through an online game</h3>
&#8220;I thought I was in a relationship with them. Age has nothing to do with dating, so I don&#8217;t think it&#8217;s wrong to date elementary school students.&#8221;
The 20-year-old man who sexually assaulted the two girls made this statement during police questioning.

&#8220;On June 5, the Shinjuku Police Station arrested Rin Ishizeki (20), a part-time security company worker, on suspicion of non-consensual sexual intercourse with A (15 at the time) and B (11 at the time), whom he met through an online game, for allegedly sexually assaulting them in a karaoke box in March of this year.
Ishizeki and the two victims met through the online game WePlay, which has voice and chat functions, and were contacting each other via SNS. Ishizeki has reportedly admitted to the charges.
After that, the prosecutor indicted Ishizeki for non-consensual sexual intercourse and violations of the Tokyo Youth Development Ordinance.&#8221;

On September 12, Ishizeki&#8217;s first trial was held at the Tokyo District Court. The prosecutor read out the indictment and opening statement, which revealed the details of Ishizeki&#8217;s horrific crimes.

“In late March 2025, the defendant arranged to meet A and B, and they met around 9 a.m. in a karaoke room in Shinjuku. The defendant then handcuffed A and B and engaged in oral sex and sexual intercourse.
The three left the karaoke box in the morning and around 1 p.m. entered a hotel room in Shinjuku, where the defendant again engaged in sexual intercourse with the two. He filmed the assaults on his smartphone. The incident came to light the next day when A reported it to the police.”
After the incident, Ishizeki also threatened A and B, saying things like, “If you don’t want the videos I filmed during the crime to be exposed, pay money.”

<h3>He had caused various problems online in the past</h3>
Regarding the videos filmed during the assaults, A reportedly told the police:
“The defendant said, ‘If you don’t pay the in-game currency (in WePlay), I can sell the videos from the incident to other game users and make money.’”
B also stated during police and prosecutor questioning that, although no money was demanded from her, she was similarly threatened with the videos from the assaults:
“He said he would post the videos from the incident in the game or send them through private chats. Last year, the defendant even exposed my address on the internet.”
At the trial, statements from relatives of the two victims were read aloud. They expressed strong feelings for punishment, stating:
“We strongly hope for severe punishment for the defendant.”
In addition, in the police investigation records read aloud by the prosecutor, the defendant’s father revealed that he had feared such a situation might occur.
“Even before the offenses, I strongly told the defendant, ‘You must not have sexual relations with minors.’ Because the defendant had caused various troubles on the internet in the past, I once took away his cellphone, but then gave it back since he could not contact his friends.”
The father’s fears were realized when Ishizeki was arrested for sexually assaulting minors. Ishizeki has acknowledged the facts of the case, stating:
“There is nothing incorrect in the charges.”
Having harmed two girls and betrayed the trust of their families, it remains to be seen what Ishizeki will say in court going forward.
Ishizeki is reportedly facing further additional charges in the future.
