 On September 4, Kako, 30, viewed the 72nd Japan Traditional Crafts Exhibition at the main Mitsukoshi store in Nihonbashi, Chuo Ward, Tokyo, and looked at the glass stacked boxes with great interest.
 I felt as if I were peering into a wisteria reflected in a pond,&#8221; she said of her impression of the work.
 Kako commented on her impression of the work. She was wearing a cool, pale pink one-piece dress.
 She was wearing a dress with an impressive flower-patterned obi-style foldover, which she also wore during her official visit to Brazil in June, and which must be a favorite of hers. Brand-name items worn by HIH Princess Kako are sometimes sold out as they quickly become the talk of the town. She herself must be concerned about it. The dress she is wearing this time is probably custom-made,&#8221; said a reporter from the Imperial Household Agency of a national newspaper.

 Amid the severe lingering summer heat, Princess Kako has been performing a hard schedule of official duties one after another. Last year, she performed 134 official duties, but this year, she is expected to perform more than 150. Mr. Shinji Yamashita, a commentator on the Imperial Household, explains.
 Her Imperial Highness Princess Kako said at her coming-of-age press conference, &#8216;I will take care of each and every job I am given one by one,&#8217; and I am sure her feelings have not changed. However, the workload must be quite heavy, as His Imperial Highness Prince Kako had to cancel his visit to the Musashino Mausoleum after returning from Brazil in June due to poor health. There is also a concern about who will take over the official duties of Her Imperial Highness Princess Kako, who will probably marry at some point.
 Kako, who is meticulous about her attire, seems determined to keep busy as long as she is a member of the royal family, always with a smile on her face.
