Jeff Satur Makes Debut in Japan, Charms Female Fans at Tokyo Station
A huge fan of Japanese anime
On the morning of August 17, just before 8 a.m., while businessmen hurriedly passed through the exits of Tokyo Station, a group of women could be seen cheering loudly. Their attention was focused on a handsome, idol-like man wearing a mask—Jeff Satur (30), a rising Thai actor and singer.
“Jeff debuted as a singer in 2013 with Broken World. With his versatile sound spanning modern pop, ’80s-style R&B, and hip-hop, he quickly became one of Thailand’s most popular artists. In 2019, he made his acting debut, and in 2022, his role as Kim, the mafia boss’s youngest son and a singer, in Kin Porsche: The Series became a massive hit, gaining him fans worldwide.
His hit songs include FADE, released in September 2022, which had amassed 230 million streams by August 2025, and GHOST, released in January 2024, which earned him the ‘Thai Popular Music Special Award’ at the MUSIC AWARDS JAPAN 2025,” according to a music magazine writer.
Jeff Satur made his highly anticipated first visit to Japan for SUMMER SONIC 2025. After completing his Osaka performance on August 16, he arrived at Tokyo Station on the 17th for the Tokyo show, where he was immediately surrounded by enthusiastic female fans.
Although protected by staff and unable to interact directly, he bent slightly and shyly returned their smiles. One fan shared:
“I’m a fan of Snow Man, but Jeff’s oriental vibe reminds me a lot of Raul (22). That’s how I became interested in him. I watch all the dramas, live shows, and YouTube content he’s in. I’m also going to his first solo concert on August 19 in Ebisu.”
Although Jeff has rarely commented publicly about Japan, in a November 2023 interview about his single Black Tie, he mentioned being an avid anime fan:
“I think what’s amazing about Japanese anime is its creativity. Every anime has different scenes, and sometimes I end up watching anime all day. My favorites are Overlord, One Punch Man, and Attack on Titan.”
Fans hope that his first visit to Japan will lead to even more activities in the country.
