Shun Oguri Spotted in Secret Meeting with Shinichi Hatori at Luxury French Restaurant Amid Kei Tanaka Scandal

An unexpected person emerged
Late on a weekend night in late May, shortly after 10:30 p.m., a tall man with fluffy permed hair and glasses emerged from a standalone French restaurant in Tokyo.
Though dressed simply, his good figure stood out—he was an actor and president of the talent agency “Tristone Entertainment,” Shun Oguri (42). In his left hand, he carried a large number of paper bags, possibly souvenirs, and walked with a serious expression.
Shortly after Oguri appeared, Tristone chairman Mataichiro Yamamoto (77) and actor Hideyuki Kasahara (42), also from the agency, arrived. Perhaps they were holding talks about the recent series of scandals caused by the agency’s star actor Kei Tanaka (40).
But then, following Chairman Yamamoto, an unexpected figure appeared: Shinichi Hatori (54), a host and freelance announcer!
After leaving the restaurant, Hatori was seen spotting Chairman Yamamoto and bowing deeply before they exchanged a firm handshake. What was the purpose of this secret meeting between Oguri and Hatori?
When the agency was contacted, they responded:
“In March of this year, at the initiative of President Oguri, we held a large sports day fan meeting for those who always support our members. Mr. Hatori served as the master of ceremonies. Thanks to his excellent hosting skills, the event was a great success, and this dinner was a thank-you party. Mr. Takeshi Yokoyama, president of Mr. Hatori’s agency, was also invited.”
While Oguri’s leadership skills as president are being tested, this was a moment that revealed the strong respect he commands.
