Exclusive Former Female AD Reveals Sexual Abuse and Calls Fuji TV B a Monster Created by the Television Industry
After seeing the report of the third-party committee, I made up my mind to open my mouth...

“I have been constantly tossed around by his convenience.”
“After seeing the third-party committee’s announcement from Fuji TV, I was disgusted by Mr. B’s selfish response. If sharing the damage I endured can reduce the number of future victims, I will speak, even if it’s for a short time.”
This is what Miho Sato (a pseudonym) said. She was the woman who was involved in an affair and legal troubles with Fuji TV’s former programming executive Mr. B, as reported in the January 31 issue of FRIDAY. The third-party committee’s report revealed that Mr. B had played the role of introducing a lawyer to Masahiro Nakai (52) and facilitating a 1 million yen consolation payment. It also came to light that Mr. B had engaged in cover-up actions by deleting 325 pieces of evidence, including LINE conversations.
Before her confession, it’s important to revisit the previous FRIDAY report. According to acquaintances of Miho, the two had an affair from 2021 to early 2023. Miho worked at a production company at the time and sometimes crossed paths with Mr. B while working on Fuji TV programs. Mr. B was, of course, married with children.
Now, after the third-party committee’s announcement, what does Miho think? When we approached her on her way home from work, she initially ignored us but eventually stopped and talked for about 10 minutes.
“Though Mr. B aggressively pursued me, I regret and reflect on getting involved in the affair. However, I was constantly tossed around by his convenience. He would suddenly contact me on the day, and even when I refused, he would show up at my house. He even made me go out and buy a 10,000 yen dinner from a famous Italian restaurant saying, ‘I want to have dinner, prepare it.'”
Miho, who worked as an AD, said Mr. B would sometimes whisper such sweet words to her.
“‘Do you have a favorite celebrity? Want me to invite you to a drinking party with them?’ ‘Write a proposal. I’ll bring it to a meeting.’ He also suggested helping with work. I realized he was someone who used his position like that. I have pride too, so I never asked him for anything.”
She also mentioned that he had a close relationship with President Koichi Minato (72). “I often heard him brag, saying, ‘I was assigned another “Minato-san project” again.’ He also called Nakai-san and Hitoshi Matsumoto (61) ‘mabu’ and would meet them two or three times a month.”
In the April 11 issue of FRIDAY (April 25-May 2 combined edition) and the paid version FRIDAY GOLD, the true nature of Mr. B’s affair, shocking proposals he made to Miho, and the persistent human rights disregard in the television industry will be discussed in detail.
