This is not the first time Ryoko Hirosue has been involved in an accident. In March 2010, she caused a rear-end collision at an intersection while driving her children to kindergarten.

&#8220;I&#8217;ve seen her driving a black Tesla several times in the neighborhood. After the infidelity scandal two years ago, I noticed her less frequently, but every time I saw her, she seemed to maneuver the narrow streets with ease.&#8221;
