Current members of “Natural,” the largest illegal scouting group in Japan, confess: “I can’t get out.

When I entered without thinking too much about it, “I couldn’t get out.

If you work hard, you can make many times or dozens of times more money than an ordinary salaryman. However, I spend most of it on things like going to good restaurants, expensive purchases, traveling, gambling, and so on, so I don’t have much money saved. ……

I don’t have much money saved up.” This is a current member of “Natural,” which is known as the strongest (and most dangerous) scouting organization in Japan.

The meeting place is a room in a city hotel. At first glance, the man sitting on the sofa looked like a normal young man in his twenties who might be found in Shibuya or Roppongi during the daytime. He was polite and soft-spoken, with none of the unconcealed peculiarities one would expect from a man who works at night. However, upon closer inspection, he was dressed casually but in high-brand clothes, and he was wearing expensive-looking jewelry, albeit casually. I was also struck by his unusual wariness of his surroundings. He introduced himself as “Saeki,” after telling us that it was a fake name.

He said, “Really, the top is very picky. If they find out I’m meeting with people outside the company like this, they’ll take it out on me right away.

Saeki made a gesture with his palms in the air as if he were about to be hit on the head. He then began to talk about the organization in a whisper that was difficult to hear, despite the room being cut off from the outside world.

In its March 21 issue, FRIDAY revealed the internal structure of Natural, which is organized like a major corporation, and the “dark app” they use. Although the outline of the huge organization, which sold 5 billion yen last year alone, was vaguely visible, there were many mysteries, such as the reality of the top management and other upper management and the control structure with as many as 2,000 members.

We were trying to get in touch with current members who knew the inner workings of the organization, but due to the strict information management system and the recent police siege of the scout group, everyone was very cautious, making it extremely difficult to get in touch with them. In the midst of all this, we were finally able to meet Saeki, an active member who had been a member of the organization for several years, relying on a certain piece of information. (All statements in parentheses below are by Saeki unless otherwise noted.)

There are a fair number of active university students. There are also a lot of people who joined organizations while they were students and continued working after graduation. These days, scouts often gather women not on the street but through SNS or introductions, so there may be rather few typical types who are pushy. Some look like sparkling businessmen. They consult with women, present them with the most suitable brothels, summarize the conversation, and send them to the brothels.

In our interviews to date, we have learned that many students and graduates of famous universities are enrolled in the organization. In some cases, many members of a certain university’s club had joined the organization. In some cases, many of the members of a certain university’s club had joined. When recruiting, the organization would use a name such as “CLEAR” and hide the fact that it was a natural.

I was one of them, but I think that most of the people who join the club at first think it’s a good part-time job and don’t think too much about it,” he said. Most people who join the company don’t think too much about it at first. But after a certain amount of time has passed in an organization, it becomes hard to get out.
