<h3> &#8220;Stuffed in Concrete Alone&#8221;</h3>
<p> On February 28, a horrific incident came to light in Yao City, Osaka Prefecture.</p>
<p> The suspect, Noriyuki Iimori, 41, an unemployed man living in Hirano Ward, Osaka City, was arrested for dumping a body stuffed with concrete. The suspect was arrested in early November last year for dumping a body in a wardrobe in a room of a housing complex in Yao City where his father, then in his 80s, was living. The M.O. was outrageous.</p>

<p> More than 10 years ago, he placed a girl, the child of his then 7-year-old sister, in a metal wardrobe and poured concrete over her. When questioned by the police, Iimori said, &#8220;My sister left home and took care of the child.</p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> Iimori stated, &#8220;My sister left home and I started to take care of the child, so I concreted the child by myself more than 10 years ago.</span></p>
<p> He also stated that he &#8220;beat&#8221; the girl. The suspect Iimori was living with her mother in Hirano Ward at the time, and her father, sister, and murdered daughter were living in a house in Taishido, Yao City, about 200 meters away from the apartment complex where the body was found, and it is believed that the body was left there.</p>

<p> The sister later left and the daughter was taken care of by the suspect Iimori and her mother. The father became single and moved into the housing complex where this incident occurred around October of last year due to eviction due to the aging of the building, but he moved out around the end of the year. It is believed that he brought in a wardrobe case filled with concrete in early November last year. Iimori&#8217;s common-law wife also reportedly carried the wardrobe case, but she told the police that she had not been informed of any of the contents, so she was not arrested (she was later arrested on March 6 on suspicion of abandoning a corpse).</p>
<p> The concrete wardrobe weighed approximately 228 kilograms, which suggests that it was quite a feat for just two people to carry it to a residence about 200 meters away using a dolly.</p>

<h3> Shouting and Yakking</h3>
<p> The incident was discovered when the manager of this housing complex found a wardrobe case stuffed with concrete in a closet and reported it to the police. Initially, however, the police determined that there was no incident and told the displaced resident to contact them. When the manager again consulted the Yao Police Station because he could not contact the evicted resident, the police officer noticed a slight odor coming from the concrete, and the incident was discovered.</p>

<p> The father of the evicted resident, Iimori&#8217;s suspect, is currently in a welfare facility, and the police contacted Iimori, who made a statement about the incident to a voluntary investigation. The wardrobe case was examined and a white skeletonized body of a child, approximately 1 meter tall, was found inside, and on March 1, the suspect was arrested on suspicion of abandoning the body.</p>

On the other hand, since he met his current common-law wife, he has been having a good time. 5 years ago, he used to drive around in a van, going from place to place, but after the van broke down, he never bought another car and switched to a bicycle as his transportation.</span></p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> He had a burly build and looked like a gorilla, but when I told him that he had lost weight in the past few years, he said, &#8216;I&#8217;m on a diet. He had not been working recently, and I wondered how he was making a living. It seems he was living with his common-law wife and her mother, but I don&#8217;t know much more than that, and never in my wildest dreams did I think he would do something like this.</span></p>

<p> On the other hand, he continues, <span class="strongInContent">&#8220;When he lost his temper, it was a very dangerous thing to do.</span></p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> I used to go out drinking with some people, and if I didn&#8217;t like something, I would yell and complain, regardless of whether I was the waiter or not. If there was no one to stop me, I would sometimes try to punch the person I was talking to.</span></p>
<p> I thought he had calmed down,&#8221; he said.</p>
<p> Was Iimori&#8217;s calmness a sign that he had matured as a person and had settled down, or did he stay quiet because he was afraid that his crime would be exposed? The police are investigating the girl&#8217;s murder as well. The police are also investigating the whereabouts of the Iimori suspect&#8217;s sister, the girl&#8217;s mother, to see if she actually exists.</p>
