Zelensky Hints at Resignation—Shocking Nuclear Statement as Putin Laughs Mockingly
Experts Explain the Terrifying Intentions of the U.S., China, and Russia Behind the Situation in Ukraine
Unilateral peace negotiations
Tsukuba University Professor Emeritus Itsuro Nakamura, an expert on Eastern European affairs, provides an analysis of Zelensky’s repeated shocking statements.
“First, his suggestion of resignation is likely aimed at Ukraine’s potential NATO membership. Former U.S. President Trump has hinted at withdrawing from NATO. Zelensky, who relies on U.S. support, seems to intend to secure Ukraine’s NATO membership in exchange for his resignation. Rather than continuing the war with Russia, joining NATO—with the backing of European nations—would better guarantee Ukraine’s security. I also believe he is attempting to create a rift between the U.S. and Europe, which have differing levels of commitment to the Ukraine crisis.
His remarks on nuclear armament are likely considering Ukraine’s position after NATO membership. Even if Ukraine joins NATO, it would still be just one of over 30 member countries, making it relatively insignificant. To enhance its presence, possessing nuclear weapons would be an effective strategy. Similar to North Korea, even a country with limited national power can maintain influence by possessing nuclear weapons.”
As if mocking Zelensky’s statements, Putin continues his invasion of Ukraine while seeking to advance unilateral peace negotiations with Trump. Nakamura continues:
“This is a negotiation without the directly involved party, in which the U.S. and Russia proceed without Ukraine. At this point, whether the war in Ukraine continues or ends is irrelevant to Putin. He appears to have a chilling and grandiose plan in mind. A key event will be the Victory Day ceremony on May 9, commemorating the Soviet victory over Nazi Germany. This year marks the 80th anniversary. It is reported that Putin intends to invite Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping to this ceremony.
The leaders of the world’s three great powers—the U.S., China, and Russia—are expected to meet and secretly negotiate the future distribution of Ukraine’s resources. This is reminiscent of the Yalta Conference, which took place near the end of World War II and determined the post-war order for Japan and Germany. The discussions among these three major powers will not be limited to Ukraine. If their leaders form an alliance, the world could come under their control in the future.”
As Zelensky grows anxious over the stalemated war, the terrifying ambitions of global superpowers appear to be set in motion behind the scenes.
