They allegedly provided a place for prostitution in the stores. A brothel owner in Gifu City, Gifu Prefecture, was also arrested at the same time for violation of the Anti-Prostitution Law. In addition, the report includes articles on the Internet in which scouts were actually caught. The information was shared on the group&#8217;s social networking site.</span></span></p>
