<h2>The two headed to a luxury high-rise apartment</h2>
Shocking news has emerged about Reiwa Roman Takahira Kuruma (30).
It has been revealed that more than ten Yoshimoto Kogyo-affiliated talents were questioned by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police on a voluntary basis over suspicions of gambling on online casinos. According to Mainichi Shimbun, Kuruma and Toro Salmon’s Kazunobu Kubota (45) were among those involved.
Meanwhile, this magazine has obtained another piece of information about Takahira.
Kuruma’s first book, Manzai Kajou Kousatsu (Excessive Analysis of Manzai), has been selling like hotcakes. The elite comedian, who dropped out of Keio University and achieved the unprecedented feat of winning the M-1 Grand Prix twice in a row, meticulously analyzes and examines topics such as the trial-and-error process of creating and selecting routines, the evolution of M-1, and the differences between television and vaudeville performances. Less than two months after its release, the book has become a bestseller, surpassing 100,000 copies.
The autograph session held in mid-January in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, which FRIDAY witnessed, was also a huge success.
&#8220;About 400 fans gathered at the venue, and there were even people waiting at the backstage entrance. Kuruma-san was happy to take photos with those who asked. He was carrying gifts, likely given to him by fans, in both arms.&#8221; (Event attendee)
After the session, Kuruma left the venue with two women who appeared to be staff members from his publisher, Tatsumi Publishing. They hailed a taxi in front of the venue and headed toward Ebisu. Their destination was a popular yakiniku restaurant, where a meal costs around 10,000 yen per person. It seemed to be a celebratory dinner for the success of the event and his book. After enjoying high-quality meat for about two and a half hours, the group moved to a multi-tenant building filled with snack bars.
The afterparty ended past 2 a.m. When Kuruma exited the building and hailed a taxi, one of the two women—a short-haired beauty resembling Hana Kuroki—got in with him. One might assume she was simply escorting the bestselling author home, but when the taxi stopped in front of a luxury high-rise apartment, both Kuruma and the woman got out. Without hesitation, they entered the building together!
The woman didn’t leave the apartment until nearly 11 a.m., eight hours later.

Shortly after this direct confrontation, the online casino scandal came to light.
On February 15, Kuruma admitted in a statement on his official YouTube channel that he had played on online casinos and apologized. He also confirmed that he had been questioned by the police, explaining:
&#8220;I was invited by a college acquaintance, and since I saw advertisements for it on the internet, I mistakenly believed it wasn&#8217;t illegal.&#8221;
