Meeting up with a beautiful woman in front of ALTA… “Iitomo! Celebrities seen by this magazine at the closing of Shinjuku Alta, 11 years after the end of “Iitomo!

Many fans crowded in front of ALTA for the final episode.
I spent my thirties to sixties at Alta. Kazuyoshi Morita.
A poster featuring an image of Tamori (79) sitting on a sofa with a big smile and a handwritten message is on display at Shinjuku Alta, a commercial facility that will close on February 28 (Alta, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo).
This is part of the “ALTA friends” project, which is part of the facility’s closing project. (“Iitomo!”, Fuji Television Network), which ended in March ’14. (Fuji Television Network, Inc.), which ended in March 2002.
The building, completed in 1980, has tenant space from the second basement to the sixth floor above ground, with restaurants mainly in the basement. The seventh and eighth floors were used as Studio Alta, a rental studio exclusively for commercials and TV program production. From October 1982 to March 31, 2002, it was used as a dedicated studio for “Iitomo! Studio Alta also ceased operation on March 31, 2004.
In front of ALTA on March 31, 2002, before the final broadcast of “Iitomo! Before the final broadcast, many fans crowded in front of Alta, and Tamori entered the studio with a squirming crowd.
Tamori said, “At lunchtime, ‘in front of ALTA’ was the standard place to meet up in Shinjuku. Famous celebrities would walk in and out of the building, and many fans would gather to catch a glimpse of the regulars and the daily guests of the popular “Telephone Shocking” corner” (TV magazine writer).
(TV magazine writer) “FRIDAY” also spotted many celebrities in front of ALTA.
FRIDAY also saw many celebrities in front of Alta, and sometimes attempted to interview them directly on the spot. Iitomo! Tamori was seen many times leaving ALTA for lunch with a female Fuji TV announcer right after the broadcast. Other times, Tamori directly hit on Ebizo Ichikawa (47, now Danjuro Ichikawa), who broke up with Eriko Sato (43) just three months after declaring their relationship, and atsushi Tamura (51) of the comedy duo “London Boots No. 1 and No. 2,” who reportedly broke up with Namie Amuro (47).
There was also Lily Franky (61), who somehow came out of Alta with his Dutch wife. One of the most memorable moments was the sighting of a celebrity meeting up with a beautiful woman in front of Ulta.
Maybe it’s a …… date?
One night in November 2002, there was a man standing alone in front of Shinjuku Alta, perhaps meeting someone. He was Naoto Eguchi (46) of the comedy duo “Doburokku.
He has been performing “underdrama songs” on his show since around 2008. In ’13, he began to gain popularity with the song “Maybe, but…”. He was ranked No. 1 in Oricon’s “Most popular comedians in the first half of 2014″ survey,” says a TV magazine writer.
Perhaps aware that he has become a popular comedian, Eguchi, wearing a cap and a mask, was dressed up like a celebrity in disguise. Soon after, two gorgeous women joined them, and the three entered a Kabukicho tavern. I was hoping that …… one of them might be Eguchi’s girlfriend? I was hoping that one of them was Eguchi’s girlfriend, but from the looks of the three of them, it seems that they were just good male and female friends. Still, I had no idea that there really were entertainers who met up in front of Alta. This was the only time I have ever seen a celebrity meet up with a woman in front of ALTA.
On January 18, Akashiya Sanma (69) appeared on “Young Town Saturday” (MBS Radio) and mentioned the closing of ALTA. He talked about his time as a regular on “Iitomo! about his time as a regular on “Iitomo!
I was in charge of Fridays. It was my second youth. (I was 26 years old when I joined “Iitomo” (regular show). I started my own corner called “The Worst Man in Japan” at …….”
He began his story by saying, “For me, it was my youth in show business,
For me, it was my youth in show business.
I’d go there every day.
I’m going to go there every day,” he said, saddened by the closing of the museum. The “mecca of entertainment” that colored the Showa and Heisei eras is about to disappear once again.
