 Around 10:30 a.m. in late January, a man&#8217;s thick voice echoed through a quiet residential neighborhood in Tokyo. Hieda&#8221; refers to Hisashi Hieda, 87, the president and advisor to Fuji Television Network, Inc. and head of the Fuji Sankei Group.

 On the day of Fuji&#8217;s &#8220;redo press conference,&#8221; a large number of reporters had gathered in front of Hieda&#8217;s house since morning, and around 10:30 a blue compact car arrived, and a middle-aged man with a slight build emerged from the car. Then began the microphone performance at the beginning. The man said, &#8220;Hieda, let&#8217;s go to the press conference!&#8221; repeatedly, while pumping his right fist in the air several times.
 The neighbors watched with anxious expressions on their faces.
 I wonder if he is harassing Mr. Hieda for not attending the press conference at all. &#8230;&#8230; I have seen that man several times. But this is the first time I&#8217;ve seen him yelling loudly. It&#8217;s too scary because it&#8217;s my child&#8217;s way to school. （I keep wondering if (Mr. Hieda) would stop if he held a press conference &#8230;&#8230;,&#8221; said a housewife who lives in the neighborhood.)
 Another neighbor witnessed the &#8220;strange behavior&#8221; that the man had displayed in the past.
 About a week ago, he drove up in the same blue car as today and looked around Hieda&#8217;s house. I was worried that he might do something wrong. That day, I waved to the intercom at Hieda&#8217;s house and left. I shudder to think if he lives nearby.&#8221;
 After the man finished his &#8220;speech,&#8221; which lasted about two to three minutes, he quickly cleaned up and left the scene.
