N-Kokoku Party Leader Takashi Tachibana Apologizes and Withdraws Comments He Made to Dead Hyogo Prefectural Assembly Member

Takashi Tachibana, 57, leader of the “Party to Protect the People from NHK,” took to his YouTube channel in response to Masahiro Nakai’s (52) retirement from the entertainment industry,

In conclusion, I don’t think Mr. Nakai has done anything so bad.

He said, “Hey, hey, hey, again.

Many people may be tempted to say, “Hey, hey, hey, here we go again.”

Many people may be tempted to say, “Hey, hey, hey, again.

The death of Hyogo Prefectural Assembly member Takeuchi sent out a message

Tachibana claims that he came to that conclusion because, judging from the information he has obtained so far, the way the “Shukan Bunshun” article was presented was not right. However, taking advantage of the fact that the victim woman cannot refute his claims, he can say whatever he wants.

Many are saying, “Enough is enough!

The statement directed at Hideaki Takeuchi, 50, a former prefectural assembly member of Hyogo Prefecture, who passed away recently, was also unacceptable.

On January 19, the day after Takeuchi was found dead, Tachibana updated his own X page,

Takeuchi had been under continuous voluntary interrogation by the Hyogo Prefectural Police since around September of last year.

and sent out unsubstantiated information. Furthermore,

If this is the case, you should have arrested him.

He also continued, “If this is the case, they should have arrested him.

He continued on his YouTube channel,

I heard that the prefectural police thought they were going to arrest (Takeuchi) on January 20, but I have received information that he took his own life because of this. I am almost certain that this is the case.

He again made the statement without providing any evidence.

He has never been voluntarily investigated as a suspect.

When the Asahi Shimbun reported on the same day that there had been no scheduled arrests or voluntary interviews regarding Takeuchi, as reported in an interview with a senior prefectural police official, it now said,

The lying Asahi Shimbun claims that there were no arrests or voluntary interviews, but I believe that this is completely unreliable.

Again, without providing any evidence, the newspaper declared the report to be a “lie. However, the Sankei Shimbun and the Yomiuri Shimbun later denied the information Tachibana had provided. However, the Sankei Shimbun and the Yomiuri Shimbun have said nothing about the two newspapers.

On January 20, Tachibana updated X,

“I have deleted the information regarding the criminal case against the former Takeuchi prefectural assembly member because it may interfere with the police investigation!

He posted, “I have deleted some of the posts and videos. Some posts and videos were deleted.

However, at a meeting of the prefectural assembly’s standing committee on police affairs held on March 20, Noriyuki Murai, chief of the Hyogo Prefectural Police Department, said, “I have no doubt that (Mr. Takeuchi) is a suspect.

We have never investigated (Mr. Takeuchi) as a suspect, and moreover, there is no suggestion that we would arrest him. This is completely untrue.

Tachibana’s social networking postings were completely denied.

In response, Tachibana posted a video of himself being interviewed by NTV on the afternoon of January 20,

The reason why former prefectural assembly member Mr. Takeuchi committed suicide was because the police were about to arrest him, and he took his own life because of that. I would like to correct this mistake. And I apologize for that. I am very sorry.

However, some are asking, “How can this be called an apology?

I got the information from two people familiar with social news on November 24 last year, and after that, I checked with someone familiar with the prefectural assembly member,

I heard that he was being interrogated, but there is no smoke without fire, and I think many people know that Councilor Takeuchi made up a lot of stories.

If he is being interrogated, it would make sense to check with the police. Again, this is a story based on nothing more than what he has heard. We can only be appalled at the attitude of making blanket statements based on what one hears from others.

The “fabrication” he refers to is an e-mail sent to the Hyakujo Committee by the wife of the former Hyogo prefectural governor Motohiko Saito, who died last July in a series of public-interest whistle-blowing scandals involving the Hyogo prefectural governor. He continues to claim that the e-mail was forged by the deceased Takeuchi, but there is no evidence for this either. There is no evidence for this either. It is just what Tachibana and those around him say.

In the video, Tachibana further claims that the slanderous comments about Takeuchi on social networking sites are mere “criticism,” and that they are legitimate criticism from the public at large,

He even goes as far as to say, “If he died suffering from the fact that his slander on social networking sites did not constitute slander, then I guess he deserved it.

He even goes so far as to say, “I don’t know.

Beyond that, it gets worse.

Despite the prefectural police’s denial of Takeuchi’s “arrest and questioning,

If he had done nothing wrong, if he had done nothing wrong in the sense of a crime, I don’t think he would have taken his own life. That is why I believed that he would be caught.

He then went on to display the same “Tachibana logic” that he had used when he was a former prefectural governor,

If you are going to die from something like this, you really should stop being a politician,” he said.

If he died from such a tragedy, he really should stop being a politician.

This tragedy was caused by a person who was not capable of being a politician and who became a politician by mistake. Nothing could be more offensive to the dignity of the dead.

Okutani is facing criminal charges for defamation.

Any sane person would be outraged by this statement. The relatives of former Takeuchi must be gutted.

In response to Tachibana’s statement, well-meaning people are saying

“He is a typical liar whose delusion turns into truth before he knows it.

With all due respect to dogs and cats, Tachibana says, “They are just like dogs and cats. His supporters, who, according to Mr. Tachibana, are “people with no brains,” are delusional and spread his statements as they are. This is a tragedy.

As for Mr. Tachibana, after the Hyogo Prefecture gubernatorial election

“Can’t something be done?

“Can’t you do something about it?

But the latest incident has only increased the volume of such comments.

Kenichi Okutani, a prefectural assembly member of the Hyakujo Committee, has filed a complaint against Tachibana for defamation and has also filed a damage report for alleged intimidation. However, the police have only interviewed Mr. Tachibana once, at the end of last year. Many people feel that the police are not moving fast enough.

However, there has been some movement behind the scenes. According to a news reporter from a TV station in Osaka,

The main focus of the prefectural police has so far been carefully investigating Governor Saito and others for “the return of subsidies for the Orix victory parade,” and Tachibana seemed to have been put on the back burner, but now it appears that they are starting to make moves. The prefectural police commissioner himself completely denied Tachibana’s statement. Depending on how you look at it, it seems that the prefectural police are quite angry at Tachibana’s statement that “the prefectural police were the cause of the death of former Takeuchi Prefectural Assembly member.

This is likely to turn the tide at once and move toward Tachibana’s arrest. Public opinion is necessary to arrest Tachibana, and at present public opinion seems to be leaning toward “Tachibana should be arrested. I also heard that the National Police Agency is closely monitoring the situation for the sake of a healthy election. Okutani has filed a criminal complaint for defamation, and if Takeuchi’s relatives sue, that will be approved as well. We expect movement before the end of the fiscal year.

He added that he expects the prefectural police to make a move by the end of the fiscal year. We look forward to seeing the seriousness of the police.
