<p> In early January &#8217;24, a man dressed in a set-up with a strong design and price tag of 130,000 yen for the top and bottom layers got into a courtesy car, watched over by a large number of staff members. He is Takashi Hosokawa, an enka (traditional Japanese ballad) singer, who is leaving a concert in Nara Prefecture with a fashion and hairstyle that are both too unique. He was accompanied by a woman who looked like Eimi Wakui.</p>
