<p> At 8:30 in the morning in late November, Riho Yoshioka (31) appeared at an event to celebrate the release of the year-end jumbo lottery ticket at &#8220;Nishi Ginza Chance Center,&#8221; one of the most popular lottery ticket sales offices in Tokyo.</p>
