On December 1st, the winter traffic safety campaign began with the Saitama Prefectural Police, and on the following Monday, December 2nd, a year-end special alert ceremony was held at the large commercial area &#8220;Cocoon City&#8221; in Omiya, Saitama City.
At the beginning of the ceremony, Yua Shinkawa (30), an actress, appeared wearing the sash of &#8220;One-Day Omiya Police Chief&#8221; alongside several police officers.
&#8220;Shinkawa is from Higashimatsuyama, Saitama. She was a TV enthusiast as a child and, at the age of 12, applied to &#8216;Gekidan Tohei&#8217; on her own to enter the entertainment industry. In 2010, she won the Grand Prix of &#8216;Miss Magazine 2010&#8217; and has since worked as a model and actress.
In August 2019, she married a location bus driver. Her active approach to the relationship, which was referred to as the location bus marriage, earned her a lot of positive attention. In May 2023, she gave birth to her first child&#8221; (sports newspaper reporter).
At the ceremony, Shinkawa was seen adjusting the position of her hat, but once the event started, she continuously smiled and responded to photo requests. During a talk show, she patiently taught small children how to cross the street at the pedestrian crossing. Her demeanor resembled that of a mother with a one-year-old child, but she was not only adored by other mothers; the children themselves cheered her on with shouts of &#8220;Yua-chan, you&#8217;re so cute~.&#8221;
&#8220;In the January 2025 drama &#8216;Igarashi Couple: Fake Strangers&#8217; (TV Tokyo), Shinkawa will play the role of a married woman who, after a separation from her husband, ends up working at the same place as him and pretends to be a stranger. Her co-star, playing the husband, is Eiki Shiono (29), who gained attention for his role as Emperor Ichijō in the NHK Taiga drama &#8216;Hikaru Kimi e.&#8217; The pairing of these two has raised expectations for this romantic comedy&#8221; (TV magazine writer).
After the police chief role, she takes on the role of a married woman pretending to be someone else. We look forward to Shinkawa&#8217;s new drama.

 On December 2, actor Yua Shinkawa served as chief of police for a day at Saitama Prefectural Police Station. She waved her hands to the cheers of the gathered citizens and gave a lecture to small children on how to cross a pedestrian crossing, which was met with cheers of "how cute!
