<p> The heroines from the first and second seasons of the TV drama series will host the 75th NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen to be broadcast on New Year&#8217;s Eve this year. They are Sairi Ito (30) from the first season&#8217;s &#8220;Tora ni Tsubasa&#8221; and Kanna Hashimoto (25) from the second season&#8217;s &#8220;Omusubi&#8221;.</p>
<p> Hashimoto is currently passionately playing the role of Yoneda Yui, who struggles daily with her gyaru mindset. Ito&#8217;s performance in &#8220;Tora ni Tsubasa&#8221; as a lawyer living in the raging legal world has generated a great deal of response. Columnist Wakako Tago notes that the two have &#8220;many things in common besides being morning drama heroines.</p>
