The man admitted the charge, saying, &#8220;There is no doubt about it.</p>
<p> What circumstances are behind the rash of late-night street indecent assaults?</p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> The suspect often commits his crimes in residential areas near his home. This is because they are familiar with the area and can easily escape, and there are fewer pedestrians around late at night. Women should, of course, avoid walking alone late at night, but if they feel uneasy, they should enter a convenience store that is open 24 hours a day.
