Two couples assault a man.

On October 7, Hiroaki Kaneko, a defendant accused of assaulting and injuring a man in his 20s who lived with him in an apartment in Tokyo by conspiring with his girlfriend to douse him with boiling water, held a trial at the Tokyo District Court.

Kaneko and Rei Fukuoka, who was arrested with him in this case, are both known as “Gahakyu” (a Japanese word for “gahakyu”), and they have been working together as anime YouTubers. He had been active as an anime YouTuber under the name “Gahakyu. Since 2010, he has been posting short videos on the theme of anime that can be watched in his spare time. She has posted short videos on anime themes that can be watched in her spare time, such as “Bishojo no nasal hair ooooh! and “Crane game with a beautiful girl as a prize. However, the two were routinely violent toward a man who lived with them.

According to the indictment, Kaneko and Fukuoka made the male victim live in the apartment where they lived, and from early March to late April 2012, they assaulted him by pouring boiling water from a frying pan over him and pushing a hot frying pan against his back.

When defendant Kaneko appeared in court that day, he was wearing black-rimmed glasses and a mask, and we could not see his expression. During the defendant’s questioning, he spoke quickly and without hesitation, describing what was going on at the time.

The victim and Fukuoka were originally employees of Kaneko’s bar. Later, Kaneko and Fukuoka developed a relationship. Kaneko suggested that they start a YouTube site because Fukuoka had a talent for drawing. Fukuoka was in charge of illustrations, and Kaneko was in charge of other scenarios. A man was also allowed to live with them and help them create videos.

‘I poured hot water on him in the spirit of education.’

Kaneko told the man, ‘I don’t trust you. He told him, ‘I will live with you until you become a serious person,’ and made him live with him. He made the man help him produce videos, but became angry when the man’s work efficiency was poor, and began to assault him. The man complained that the daily violence made his life a living hell.

On October 1, Fukuoka was sentenced to six months in prison, with a three-year suspended sentence.

Fukuoka was instructed by Kaneko to pour hot water on him. Kaneko was in a leading position.

When questioned by defense counsel, Kaneko denied forcing the defendant to live with him, saying that he never did, and insisted that the routine assaults “happened twice in total. Furthermore, according to defendant Kaneko, the man had repeatedly been involved in traffic accidents, traffic violations, and theft in the past. As to the date of the assaults, as well as the reason for them,

He said, “I caused a traffic accident and had no remorse. In the spirit of education, I poured hot water on him.”

He also stated that the reason he instructed Fukuoka to do so was because he was “not aware that he had caused a traffic accident. He also gave the reason why he instructed Fukuoka to do so,

“I thought Mr. Fukuoka would feel the same way.

The prosecutor asked him, “What do you do for the sake of education? When asked by the prosecutor, “What do you think of this as an act of education? I don’t think it was right,” he said, expressing remorse. As for pouring hot water on him, he said, “I got angry and did it,

I got angry and did it. It was more like a performance. I wanted him to understand that I wanted him to stop that much.

He repeated his self-serving assertion. As Kaneko repeated his argument quickly, the prosecutor said to him, “That’s enough,

I’ve had enough of this. Please answer only what you are asked.

There was a scene in which the prosecutor warned Kaneko, “That’s enough. Assaulting a man is never acceptable. It is also very sinful that the prosecutor found Fukuoka’s talent for painting, but allowed him to be involved in a crime and destroy his talent.
