On a Saturday in late September, a man was running a pen in front of the entrance of Shinjuku Piccadilly (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo), surrounded by a crowd of people. He was popular actor Sosuke Ikematsu (34).
On the day of the event, Ikematsu was onstage at the opening ceremony for the movie &#8220;<a href="https://www.imdb.com/title/tt32382919/">Baby Assassins: Nice Days</a>&#8221; held at the same cinema.

Ikematsu has been confirmed to play Toyotomi Hideyoshi in the 2026 NHK Taiga drama Toyotomi Brothers! Meanwhile, Kawai has also been cast as the younger sister of the heroine in the NHK morning drama Anpan, set to air in the first half of 2025. Both are incredibly busy, but there are voices suggesting that &#8220;the possibility of marriage is increasingly likely.&#8221;
&#8220;Ikematsu left Horipro, where he had been for 13 years, to become independent last August. The agency where Kawai is affiliated, Dongyu Club, is known for not interfering much in their artists&#8217; private lives.
