<h3>Born in Saitama, raised in the Philippines</h3>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> 《22 years old, single, from Saitama, grew up in an ordinary family, enjoys looking for good restaurants, and currently living in Tokyo.</span></p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> I was a former idol of SKE48.</span></p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> I graduated from SKE48 in 2022, and now I am working as a TV personality. (omitted).</span></p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> I am such a person, but I also have a slightly unusual past. I grew up in the Philippines and am what is called a returnee. I bear the cool title of &#8220;born in Saitama, raised in the Philippines.</span></p>
<p> Saka Igarashi has been attracting attention for her serialized essay in Gendai Business, which begins with this description. In the current issue of Friday, she shows off her proud &#8220;F-cups,&#8221; and we asked her what goes on behind the scenes of &#8220;photographing&#8221; and &#8220;writing.</p>

<p> When was the last time you did gravure?</p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> It had been about a year. I was nervous because it had been so long, but I was really looking forward to it. I was able to do a lot of preparation, including diet restrictions, so I think I am satisfied with my body.</span></p>
<p> Your serialized essays have also been a topic of conversation.</p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> Unlike writing as a hobby, I had to get used to it, and it was a bit of a challenge. But it was a good experience, and people around me say that my writing has improved.</span></p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> To be honest, I was most afraid of what kind of reaction I would get before the film was released. As a TV personality, I think there are situations where it is better not to be so straightforward, but with writing, I tend to be too straightforward.</span></p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> （I was really surprised when I got up the courage to look at the feedback (after the article came out). I thought that people would only read 200 words at most, but there were a few comments here and there that said, &#8220;I had never heard of this before, but I read it all the way through. It gave me confidence in my ability to &#8220;write.&#8221; I do sometimes get comments like, &#8220;Maybe someone else is writing this (laughs).</span></p>

<h3>Tackling the stage for the first time!</h3>
<p> During the shoot, there was a cut based on the theme of &#8220;a writer who is in a bind before a deadline.</p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> It was an interesting concept (laughs). Basically, I was holed up in my room before the deadline, but I actually found a way to write like crazy. I would stay up all night and go to a café in the morning without getting any sleep, and the words would just come out so smoothly. That&#8217;s why I don&#8217;t sleep much before a deadline and leave the house to go to a family restaurant or café.</span></p>
<p> What kind of work do you want to do in the future?</p>

<p><span class="strongInContent"> I had a vague idea of what I wanted to do, and after doing gravure for the first time last year, I had a sense of accomplishment. Then I was asked to write an essay, and after actually writing it, my desire to &#8220;write&#8221; while working as a TV personality became stronger. I had been writing (blogs, etc.) for years since I was an idol, but many times I hated writing. But through writing again, I realized that I still love to write.</span></p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> I would also like to focus on &#8220;acting&#8221; work. In the sense of expressing emotions, I feel that it is similar to writing. from October 31 to November 3, I will be working on a piece called &#8220;</span><span class="strongInContent"> I will be in two works, one called &#8220;Finger&#8221; and the other called &#8220;Murder on D Slope&#8221;!</span></p>
