<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">On September 21, the &#8220;Autumn National Traffic Safety Campaign&#8221; began, and Minori Hayashida (24), an announcer for Nippon Television, served as the one-day police chief at Katsushika Police Station. <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Born and raised at the foot of Mount Fuji in Susono City, Shizuoka Prefecture, Hayashida graduated from Waseda University&#8217;s Faculty of Education, majoring in English literature, and joined NTV in 2022. She currently hosts the &#8220;SHOWBIZ&#8221; segment on &#8220;ZIP!&#8221; on Thursdays and Fridays and is the main anchor for &#8220;Oha!4 NEWS LIVE&#8221; on Tuesdays. On this day, she showcased her special skill of traditional Japanese drumming, which she has practiced since she was four, alongside local children from the Katsushika community.</span></p>
<h3><b>&#8220;Hayashida is a talented performer with experience competing in the National Junior Taiko Competition. At the same time, she was part of the broadcasting club for six years during middle and high school. In her senior year of high school, she achieved first place in the national announcement category at the National High School Comprehensive Cultural Festival. During her university years, she served as the host for the Waseda Collection. She was already a notable presence even before joining NTV, being active with the talent agency Saint Force while still in school,&#8221; </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">said a female announcer watcher.</span></h3>

<p><b>&#8220;Influenced by her father, she obtained a manual license for a medium-sized motorcycle during her second year of university. On her days off, she often goes touring in her hometown of Shizuoka with her father. Fans have praised her for this amazing gap in her personality. She also seems to enjoy fishing; in March of this year, she went sea fishing with her senior at NTV, Shuzo Hiramatsu (31), and posted on Instagram that they caught rockfish and horse mackerel! On her days off, she enjoys active hobbies like camping, stand-up paddleboarding, and surfing,&#8221;</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> said the previous source.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Her mentor is Erina Iwata (29), who is said to be the next ace of NTV. With such vitality, it seems likely that Hayashida will soon become a popular announcer, rivaling Iwata.</span></p>
