“Isekai Magic Mirror” Gains Attention with SOD’s Full Cooperation and Otherworldly Characters

Among the numerous reincarnation stories, a particularly unique isekai manga has begun. 

Starting on September 15, “Isekai Magic Mirror” (original story by Keteru, manga by Mamiko) began serialization on the comic site “Gau Gau Monster +.” True to its title, the story features the outrageous premise of the Magic Mirror Bus reincarnating in another world.

This year marks the 30th anniversary of the long-established adult manufacturer “Soft On Demand” (SOD). One of its popular series, the “Magic Mirror Bus,” was first released in 1996 and features a special mirror that allows one to see outside only from the inside. As a collaboration with this representative content in its memorial year, SOD has teamed up with the unexpectedly imaginative isekai reincarnation manga, leading to the birth of “Isekai Magic Mirror.” SOD is providing full support for the production.

The protagonist, Ito Maho, is a young director working for an adult film production company. Amidst his busy days, he has a traffic accident while driving the Magic Mirror vehicle and awakens in a mysteriously enchanting space where he meets a goddess clad in sexy attire. Reborn along with the Magic Mirror, which the goddess refers to as a “sacred artifact,” Ito partners with a perverted sister dressed in equally provocative clothing to help the sexually troubled inhabitants of this otherworldly realm through filming sessions in the Magic Mirror vehicle.

The sex scenes featuring familiar fantasy characters in the Magic Mirror, which many men may recognize, evoke a mix of excitement and absurdity, inviting laughter from the readers. The artwork by the manga artist Mameko combines eroticism and humor, enhancing the appeal of the story.

Despite being at the mercy of the bizarre sexual circumstances of the eccentric inhabitants of this fantasy world, Ito manages to carve out a path for himself. Why not experience his journey not through a “mirror” but through the pages of this manga?
